Bibo’s Bistro & Bar

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bibo’s Bistro & Bar, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The appetizers were absolutely amazing, setting the tone for a meal filled with incredible flavors. Each dish was well-seasoned and full of taste, making every bite a delight. The drinks were strong but perfectly crafted, adding a great touch to the meal. The ambience was perfect—welcoming, relaxing, and just the right vibe for a great evening out. It wasn’t too crowded, yet it was clearly a popular spot, which speaks volumes about the quality of the place. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive, checking in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The owner was present and so warm and friendly, creating an inviting atmosphere for everyone. This was my first time visiting both Bibo’s and Texas, and my coworkers and I are here on business. We’ll definitely be coming back before we leave! Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area!

I ordered the ultimate vermicelli and I can confidently say that more doesn’t always equal better. This fusion meal just misses the mark on what a vermicelli is, and just feels like lo-mien with the wrong kinds of noodles. The single egg roll was $2 when it taste obviously frozen. Parts were undercooked. It’s unfortunate because I was a happy customer years ago. What an unfortunate experience :( While it’s not the worst food experience, it’s certainly not what you’d expect for the price. This should be a 10 dollar meal at most. I don’t think I’ll be returning. That said, the drink was great, so I’m just a bit confused! It’s possible that other items are better than others but I’m only writing because my specific experience was disappointing :/

Bibo's Bistro knocked it out of the park! The service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. Everyone was so nice including the wait staff, owner, and her husband. It was a long drive for me to get there but well worth the trip. Thank you Bibo's for a great evening.
