Do NOT come here! The manager that worked here when this location opened last year was wonderful. When she left, this location took a hit. There are 2 employees here (black female and older Hispanic female) that consistently serve TINY portions. I have never had the pleasure of them both being off. When I asked for a full scoop, the black female charged me extra! This place is getting like Chipotle. I'm done giving this location anymore dollars. I'll travel a little further to Oakrook.

For fast-food (ish) Asian food, I have to say this wasn’t too bad. It’s similar to Cava or Chipotle in set up and authenticity to their inspired cuisine. The selection of what could go in your bowl was more Americanised but otherwise satisfactory. I got the small sized bowl and I think it was the perfect size, it’s not even rly that small for the amount of stuff you get.

Bibibop is a great fast food newer place in Willowbrook featuring Asian fusion grill bowls where you can choose your own favorite ingredients from each food group available such as base (rices, noodles), proteins (beef, chicken eggs, etc.), veggies (broccoli, green onion, carrots, etc.), sauces and more. Or another option is to choose from the “regular” menu items which have been decided all ready. Since I am not that great at choosing I ordered the regular menu Korean Barbecue Beef bowl (my photo) to go. It was very good and so much better than the typical fast food places and I believe probably healthier too. They have teas and lemonades as well as typical soft drinks. The person putting my bowl together was very helpful.

The food was good...I like that they had so many veggies sides to choose from, we came during lunch rush so service was a bit slow...all in all I had a good experience and would come back. Pro: lots of food choices, yummy sauces, free miso soup, great beverage selection, chewable ice, and nice ambiance Con: slow service (but honestly, that was to be expected with the rush that came in)
