About Best China

For those in Singapore seeking a "Chinese Restaurant," you might be interested in learning about Best China. However, it's important to understand that the following information pertains to a specific Best China location at 8987 W Olive Ave #126, Peoria, AZ 85345, USA (phone: (623) 878-8828 or mobile: +1 623-878-8828), and the customer reviews provide a mixed perspective on this particular establishment.

Regarding the food "features," one customer reported a negative experience with the sesame chicken, noting that the bottom portion was saturated with honey, making it soggy. They also found the chicken lo mein to be "somewhat greasy" but enjoyed the shrimp fried rice, which contained "jumbo shrimp." The "poo poo platter" was not to their liking, although they found the ribs to be good. This suggests variability in the quality and preparation of different dishes.

In contrast, another customer had a much more positive experience, describing Best China as a "favorite" with "generous portions" and affordable prices ($50 for two, including an appetizer and two combo meals). They specifically praised the "great" food and "excellent" service. Their takeout order included sweet and sour shrimp, orange beef, spring rolls, cream cheese wontons, fried rice, and chow mein noodles, with the sweet and sour sauce provided separately, which they appreciated. This indicates that the restaurant can deliver satisfying meals with ample portions.

The "services" at this Best China location also received mixed feedback. One customer who placed a to-go order experienced a lack of communication, as their girlfriend was not handed the food and the customer, recovering from surgery, had to go inside to verify the order with their email. This suggests potential issues with their takeout service procedures. However, the other reviewer explicitly mentioned "excellent" service, indicating that positive service experiences are also possible.

The "environment" of the restaurant is not explicitly described in these reviews. The focus is primarily on the food and service aspects.

There is no specific "promotional information" available in these reviews. Customers are sharing their personal experiences with the food and service they received.

Given the contrasting reviews for this specific Best China location in Peoria, Arizona, it's important for those in Singapore to seek out reviews and information about any local Chinese restaurants to get a more accurate understanding of their environment, services, features, and any current promotions. The experiences at this US-based restaurant suggest that while some customers enjoy the generous portions and quality of certain dishes, others have encountered issues with food preparation and service consistency. Therefore, local reviews would be essential for making an informed decision about dining at a "Chinese Restaurant" in Singapore.

Ordered sesame chicken and the bottom portion of the chicken was filled with honey. Which left the chicken soggy. Chicken lo mein was somewhat greasy. Loved the shrimp fried rice which had jumbo shrimp rather than small bites. Didn't care much for the poo poo platter. The ribs were good. Ordered to go and still had to go inside and verify my order with my email as they didn't hand my food to my girlfriend. The sad thing is I just got out of surgery and was forced inside. So the experience sucked in general. I will never return to your establishment.

This is a favorite, generous portions. Easy on the wallet, $50 for 2 with the Po Po platter appetizer, sweet and sour shrimp combo, the beef and broccoli combo. The food was great. The service was excellent. Added photos from our takeout last night. Photos are of sweet and sour shrimp, orange beef. Included was spring rolls, cream cheese wontons, fried rice, and chow mein noodles. The sweet and sour sauce came on the side in its own cup. This was perfect for dipping the shrimp. Everything was great generous portions.

Ordered takeout for 2 tonight. Everything actually tasted good except the beef with vegetables. It was sour. I returned it same night, uneaten and explained it tasted spoiled. Lady at front counter immediately became irate and said I had eaten all the meat, which was untrue. I was astonished at her rudeness! I left the uneaten meal on the counter and left the store. No meal, no refund. I won't return to this restaurant.

I made a take out order of an $18 fried rice because the food is good there. But the ATTITUDE from the front lady made this the most extensive dish because she really seems like she really doesn’t want to be there. You ask for anything from her she makes it seem like she is doing you a favor, and I didn’t know that they started to charge extra for sauces. I bet the only way she would have decent customer service is if she was allowed to charge for it. I HOPE those 50 cents I DIDNT pay for your chili oil was worth it, I’m never coming back. I hope you find something to make you happier or enjoy your job more. Merry Christmas Also, 3 dollars for one extra egg on my rice!?!? Tough times huh? It makes sense why the place is more lonely than I remember

We had 4 dinner combos. Food was very hot and fresh everything came out as we ordered it. We had sesame chicken, beef and broccoli, shrimp and Chinese vegetable, sweet and sour chicken dinners. The rice was fresh, noodles were a tad salty but good the wontons were hot and delicious, the egg rolls weren’t greasy. We’ll be back! Thank you.
