BENTO Gainesville Archer

This was my first visit back to Bento in a while. I will definitely be coming back often. The service and food were excellent! I had a Bento box with teriyaki chicken and the shiso lucky roll, which was dusted with gold!

I have been a huge fan of Bentos for a few years now , but again today I came into a dirty restaurant and recently (last 4 visits ) I come a couple times a month . I have noticed that the food quality has gone down hill massively and today was the nail in the coffin of me never coming back . I ordered three sushi rolls and a chicken bento box and my sushi rolls had an old fish taste to them, and then my chicken bento came out cold with very dry chicken . Sadly I will never come back to here ever again . And to make it even better I used the ladies room and it smelled like some had just smoked weed in a dirty bathroom. Truly I left my food on the table and didn’t eat it. The one of the staff members was vaping behind the sushi bar which was new to see .Total waste of 60 dollars.

This place has great food, it’s in a great spot and the service is really good! It’s a bit dirty inside, though, and really warm. If it was cleaned up more and had a better temp set on the thermostat it would have been better!

My first time i went the workers were always friendly and extremely proficient with getting orders out. You get a lot of food for your money as well and it is always fresh and made to perfection. Elana Radford has been there several times i have went and had memorized my order and has always been very helpful and professional whenever I have come in, she’s the best.

The place was super messy , tables were not wiped down or attended to for guests coming in to eat. The drink machine was having issues and leaking all over the floor continuously, it was a serious hazard! To top it off they tipped themselves 40.00 bucks on my card. Management was no help and told me to contact corporate via email. I let the manager on duty know to be aware of whats going on and to investigate but sure enough management knows about it and are probably in on it. Manager seemed unbothered about the issue.Shady stuff going on here folks! Will never go to this spot again!!The food was meh but not worth all the issues I had while visiting.
