Bella Luna Italian Bistro

Okay so if you're like me you're always on the hunt for great Italian. Great news is this place is as authentic and delicious as it gets. We were greeted like old friends and the service was fantastic and informative. I had what I would consider the best seafood pasta dish I've ever had here. So many different clams, scallops, shrimp and just for the heck of it I added a lobster tail on top. They had an amazing selection of antipasti and the caprese salad was monstrous. The starter bread was out of this world with their olive oil. Great selection of Tuscan style and gluten free options too. Dessert is a must here so save room if you can.

Your service was excellent; our server was informative, polite, and attentive. We were promptly seated, and our food arrived relatively quickly. The dishes were delicious, from the bread and fried ravioli appetizer to the main courses. The fettuccine alfredo was particularly outstanding, and the vodka pasta was also quite good. It was my first time trying lamb, and it did not disappoint. The dining environment was very pleasant as well. Keep up the amazing work!

Disappointed all around. Decor was dime store tacky, pictures on wall so cheap, frames were plastic wood and plastic "glass". Table setting....water glasses water spots and lipstick stains on both, salt and pepper shakers almost empty and so dirty on the outside and cloudy on the inside I was disgusted. "Rolls" were so hard they could have been weapons. No fresh cheese...I requested and got Pizza Hut type shaker, sad. Chicken Marsala was decent, lots of mushroom, but a tad greasy for this dish. Lobster Ravioli was a horrible presentation, no sprinkle of green, no pretty placement of ravioli...no refill of my empty water. Appetizer fried ravioli was pretty boring. The server was way more interested in being more attentive to her 4 top, seated after us....too transparent in being a tip hooker. She did offer taste of 2 wines..before her "money" table sat down. We did order a glass. And 2 desserts.....guy who was running place was funny...lighting a crazy mess of bright white, and soft yellow bulbs...not romantic at all...clean up your act people, hire a consultant, most of these are easy fixes!!!

Ok, everything here is great, don’t get me wrong. But at the same time I hate being lied to. The “red snapper” special… isn’t. Anyone who knows fish would attest to this. What’s worse is they bait you with a pic of an actual red snapper entree at the door. I’ve come here many times, always impressed. And the prep on this was great too. But stop the lying. This is either a vermillion or a yellowtail snapper. NOT a red. Honesty counts…

Great atmosphere, wonderful food. My boyfriend and I wanted a break from all the beachside bars and restaurants and decided to go on a dinner date here. I was very pleased with the quality and authenticity of the dishes. Staff was pleasant and attentive. I will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area.
