About Beijing Garden

Welcome to Beijing Garden, a Chinese restaurant situated at 3719 Rucker Ave in Everett, Washington, 98201, USA. As a local establishment within the Chinese Restaurant category, Beijing Garden can be contacted at (425) 339-9319 or via mobile at +1 425-339-9319 for inquiries and orders. Based on recent online customer reviews, the experiences at Beijing Garden present a range of perspectives on the food quality and service.

One reviewer expressed overall disappointment with the food. They specifically mentioned the honey walnut shrimp, describing it as having a "strange orange color" and tasting like a "generic sweet sauce." This suggests a potential issue with the visual appeal and flavor profile of this particular dish. Additionally, this reviewer found the food to be "bit salty/greasy" and noted a heavy presence of MSG. These observations indicate concerns about the seasoning and ingredients used in the preparation of the food, leading to a less than satisfactory dining experience for this customer.

Another reviewer offered a more nuanced opinion, focusing on the texture of the deep-fried food, which they found to be "good." They positioned Beijing Garden as "a step above Chinese mall food," suggesting a level of quality that exceeds typical fast-food Chinese cuisine. However, this reviewer also indicated that they were "looking for more quality" and were uncertain if they would return, implying that while the texture was acceptable, other aspects of the food might not have met their expectations for a higher-quality Chinese restaurant.

In contrast to the more critical reviews, a third customer described the food as "typical Chinese take out style." For this reviewer, the key positive aspects were that "everything was fresh, hot, and not soggy," indicating a satisfactory level of preparation and freshness for their takeout order. They also noted that the prices were "in the higher end," suggesting that Beijing Garden might be positioned as a slightly more premium option compared to some other Chinese takeout establishments. This reviewer also commented on the staff, describing them as "nice" but noted that the service was "slow." This indicates a potential inconsistency where the friendliness of the staff is appreciated, but the efficiency of the service might be an area for improvement.

Considering these three reviews, it appears that Beijing Garden offers food that is perceived differently by various customers. While one found the honey walnut shrimp unappealing and the overall food salty, greasy, and MSG-heavy, another acknowledged the good texture of the deep-fried items but desired higher overall quality. A third reviewer found the food to be typical of fresh and hot takeout, albeit at a higher price point, while also noting slow service despite a nice staff.

Regarding the environment of Beijing Garden, none of the provided reviews offer any details about the restaurant's ambiance or interior. The comments primarily focus on the food itself and the service experienced. Therefore, an objective description of the environment cannot be provided based on the available information.

In terms of services, Beijing Garden offers both dine-in and takeout options, as one reviewer mentioned a takeout order, and the comment about slow service implies a dine-in experience as well. The staff are described as "nice," suggesting a friendly customer service approach. However, the reported slow service could be a drawback for customers who value efficiency. The fact that one reviewer compared it to "Chinese mall food" might imply a casual dining setting, but this is speculative.

As for features, the reviews provide limited information. The mention of honey walnut shrimp suggests that this is a dish offered at Beijing Garden. The good texture of deep-fried items, as noted by one reviewer, could be a potential strength in their preparation of such dishes. The description of the food as "typical Chinese take out style" implies a menu featuring standard Chinese-American fare. The higher price point mentioned by one reviewer could be a feature indicating a perceived higher quality or different ingredients, although this is not consistently supported by the food reviews themselves.

Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided text. The reviews focus on the individual dining experiences and the quality of the food and service received, without mentioning any ongoing specials, discounts, or other promotional offers that Beijing Garden might have. Local users interested in potential promotions or special deals would need to contact the restaurant directly at (425) 339-9319.

In conclusion, Beijing Garden in Everett, WA, presents a mixed picture based on recent customer reviews. While the staff are noted as being nice, the service has been described as slow. The food quality seems to vary, with concerns raised about the honey walnut shrimp, overall saltiness and greasiness, and potential MSG content. One reviewer found the deep-fried texture to be good but desired higher overall quality, while another described the food as typical fresh and hot takeout, albeit at a higher price. Potential local users should consider these varying perspectives when deciding whether to dine at or order from Beijing Garden. For more information about their menu or any potential promotions, please contact the restaurant directly at (425) 339-9319.

Kinda disappointed in food overall. Honey walnut shrimp was a strange orange color and tasted like generic sweet sauce. Food was bit salty/greasy and MSG heavy. Texture on deep fried food was good. Would chalk it up to a step above chinese mall food. Not sure if I would come back as looking for more quality.

A wonderful low-key establishment of joy a tasty meal! We went in at a slow time, and were instantly greeted, and seated, handed menus and offered tea and asked about drinks. Personally, I can tell you I go to most Chinese restaurants and find them somewhat generic, but this one definitely stand out in love it up amongst my personal favorites. When unique part I noticed, was the menu, highlighted spicy items, and those spicy items were actually asked how spicy I would prefer. Never had that before! My date, and I both ordered combinations hers, and #2 and mine, the #6. I appreciate the variety and combination options being so many people, very between spicy, or maybe seafood, or the variety of chicken. There’s a little bit of everything for people here in the service was on par and was over and beyond attentive to us, while helping other tables, And pick up orders. Highly recommend trying out Beijing garden. If you’re in the mood for some Chinese and poor local Everett business! We will return soon!
