Bean Sprout

I went there for the first time after being told they had good food, unfortunately I didn’t receive the good food that everyone else did. I was served raw steak, also, I asked for lo mein noodles and was given steamed egg noodles instead , no sauce or anything on them just regular noodles you cook on the stovetop. I called back to see if they would fix it and the guy started telling me I needed to order the right stuff and I need to repay for what I wanted fix , like what kind of customer service is that?? Never will return! You would think for the price you would get a good amount of food too!

I am BLOWN away every time we eat here. This is my family’s favorite place to dine right now. The food has SO much flavor. The menu is extensive but so fresh and absolutely delicious and healthy. This is prime eating here. I’ve had their Pad Thai, the curry, the sushi, the teriyaki, chicken and shrimp…. Whatever you get it’s delicious.

The server was very nice, food was out quickly, it had a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and it wasn't super cold in there either. The Korean dumplings were a 10/10 but the bulgogi was very bad and the Larb Gai was very weird, the chicken's texture was like feta cheese, it was sweet but somehow sour at the same time, and it was a cold dish when I thought it'd be better warm and maybe on a bed of rice. 100% would not go back. And I LOVE bulgogi so I was very disappointed.

Bean Sprout is amazing! I came for the first time yesterday and it was so good that I am back today. Yesterday I had the Thai Pepper Beef lunch special. The miso soup was the best tasting miso I have had. The lunch portion of Thai pepper beef was plentiful and abundant with ginger and garlic, just like I like! Today I am going to try the Tom Yum Soup and pad Thai and I am sure I’ll be leaving another excellent review. This place is packed too so you know the people know the food is amazing. Staff awesome too!

Nice ambiance, good service, and excellent food. Volcano Roll and Volcano Chicken were good and a nice portion too. The large glasses with fresh brewed tea way preferred to plastic and the tea recipe/ratio was perfect. All the others rated two thumbs up. Definitely will be back.
