10/10. We got a table right away. Service was quick. The servers are friendly and they are very attentive. They bought us small bowls for the kids without us asking. They noticed we don’t have enough napkins since the kids are messy, they bought us more without us asking. They came back and check on us often! The food is good and we are quite picky with viet food since we have it very often and yes this place is good!

BaoBao is super cute and their are so many options, there is something for everyone! We ordered the crab Rangoon, fried chicken dumplings, and stir fried vegetables- one with beef and one with chicken. The crab rangoons were cold in the middle which was disappointing, but the dumplings were delicious. Both stir fry plates were very good, you can tell these use fresh ingredients! Everything came out very fast, within 10 minutes or less. Service was good, we had multiple servers coming to us and were kind of pushy at the end to get out of the restaurant even though we hadn’t finished our plates and there were empty tables. It was a pleasant experience though, and I will return again to try some of their available teas and smoothies. Also notable they have a large selection of desserts to choose from too!

The seafood pho soup had such a delicious flavor! It was beautifully seasoned. The BBQ, Ham and Shrimp fried rice was a meal in itself and was also very tasty. I am willing to come back and try other dishes.

This was our first time at BaoBaos! There were only two waiters but honestly it wasn’t even that busy and they still made sure to check on everyone frequently, fill our water up, and check in about food! ☺️ they were super nice!!! Food was AMAZING honestly, pho was good (which is super important to me)! I think noodle portion could be a bit bigger for the price but I also know things are expensive in general these days 😅 the only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the price for crab rangoons and the taste. Husband didnt mind the taste but it was a bit bland to me, still good to eat though! Overall, 9/10 experience!

I was actually pretty shocked by the food, when I saw the prices I was not happy but honestly it was worth it. They used a lot of good spices and a good broth. I'd definitely like to try more stuff. The atmosphere was so so, they have a lot going on and it's almost too much. Everyone was wrapped up because it was extremely cold inside but I can also understand. They are only using half the building so I assume it's expensive to heat the whole place. The service was pretty good, he checked on us a few times and answered all our questions. Not the best in the area but I'll keep it in my rotation of places.
