Bao Bao House

Fabulous place and staff. Hand made fresh food. I ordered the steamed vegetarian dumplings - well stuffed and delicious! This downtown location is usually full. I came on Thurs at 4:15- 1 other group just left, wow! However 30 min later, 4:45pm - 7 of there 8 tables were full.

Great fresh, fresh food. You can watch them make the noodles, dumplings and other items. Had the curry chicken, chicken and mushroom fried rice, chicken and cheese bao, beef dry noodles, pork dumplings and spring rolls. Our table was full of food! It is hard to pick when everything looked so delicious. Good portion size. Will be going back.

Our family had dinner here lastnight for the first time for my birthday! It was absolutely DELICIOUS. We ordered food ranging from noodles dishes, to steak fried rice, to the fish, to various baozi's and dumplings. Everything was SO good. Even my kids ate a bunch. The owner and the staff were so nice. We will be back for sure and we recommend to anyone!

We drove across town for a late dinner since they claim to close at 11pm. We arrived at 930 and were told that they were not longer taking dine in customers but that we could order and take it to go (this is while half of the tables are full of customers dining in). Some mention of dine in times should be made if they are going to close the dining room early 🍽 We did not order and left hearts broken and hungry 😔 But in the past, we always loved the food, and service has been adequate.

Our dining experience at Bao Bao House was truly exceptional. The patio seating was perfect for enjoying the beautiful evening, and the service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delightful - comforting, flavorful, and authentic. Every dish we tried was a hit. If you're looking for a memorable meal in Eugene, this is the place to go!
