Banh Mi Factory

This place is a hidden gem. We are Vietnamese and the Pho was excellent and the Banh Mi was delicious. The staff were super friendly. Am definitely going to come back. Wish I had discovered this place sooner. This is legit Vietnamese food with a cool modern cafe vibe. Casual, bright atmosphere.

My youngest brother took me here when I visited Florida about two weeks ago. I never had Banh mi before and he said this place was one of his favorites. When we arrived we noticed there was a huge line for the grand opening of another retailer in that shopping center. Since there were so many people, all of the restaurants in that shopping center were full. Banh Mi Factory was also full and we noticed most of their shelves were empty. We didn't have to wait long and our food was ready quickly. I had the fried chicken Banh Mi and my brother had a veggie one. I ordered a Mango drink and my brother had Boba tea. It was delicious. Despite the traffic, the customer service was excellent. I can't wait to visit again.

Place looked really good and I had high hopes. Staff seemed generally friendly and I made an order with two drinks and a bun. First issue, I asked if the coffee was sweet and they told no unless I liked it sweet and could add more. I said I don’t like it sweet at all. The coffee came and it was VERY sweet. Whatever, not the end of the world I’ll drink it. My kids had got a brown sugar milk tea drink and well they didn’t like it at all. I don’t like returning things but I asked if they could possibly remake it for a Taro since the other party I was with let them try and they liked it, but the staff said no. So I ended up having to throw it away. Just not the experience you should deliver at a restaurant or place like this if you ever want people to return. You need to deliver on qualify food and that’s not perfect then at least provide great customer service. Fallen short in this regard and hopefully you guys will learn how to remediate this in some way. Wouldn’t ever go back. You got me for $20 once, but not again.

Nice place for coffee, boba and pastries. Factory special coffee is real Vietnamese coffee. The reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because I smelled like whatever the food they were preparing in the kitchen when I came out after being in there for 5 minutes. They need to fix the ventilation system.

I was super happy to support this place after coming multiple times. However today they messed up our drink and refused to do anything about it. We asked for 50% sweet and it came out waaay too sweet. And it was only black tea so I just didn’t understand why they couldn’t fix it😭
