Bamboo Sushi Bar & Hibachi (Fort Walton Beach)

The chicken was great, they are a great hibachi place and have great chicken and fried rice. Their gyoza is super crispy and tasty, the ramen has great broth and has great effort put in but the pork was sadly dry and burnt, grilled just too long and the ramen noodles didn’t taste fresh. Probably better in person. The pork was hard to eat as the burnt taste heavily went through, but I will try again sometime and if better will re-rate accordingly.

It was just ok. My fiancé and I didn’t get the hype. The miso soup was lukewarm, and the hibachi meals were lukewarm as well. Chicken and shrimp were tough. The sushi was decent but not the best I’ve had. I don’t think we will return.

I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, especially for GLUTEN FREE or VEGAN individuals! I've quickly become a regular at this location. The service is always so amazing and the food is even better! I rarely am able to eat out due to my very sensitive case of celiac disease, let alone to be able to find vegan/ celiac safe sushi. However, the staff here have always taken care of me very well and taken my food related health concerns very seriously while still making me feel very welcome despite the extra steps that have to be taken whether I'm dinning in or ordering for pick up. I genuinely appreciate the chefs every time I come in who come out to talk to me when I order just to make sure I know they prepared it safely. Tip: make sure that when ordering for celiac disease you tell them it's celiac and to be an allergy note so the crew in the back can keep your food free from cross contamination !! Extra appreciation for the awesome Vegan Chefs choice roll they made for me today !! Thank you again for providing a safe place where I can eat and endulge in an area where I rarely get to experience such a luxury. YOU GUYS ROCK!! 🤙

Service was immaculate but food was terrible. First the ginger salad tasted so off and the dressing was not made right. Secondly we asked for yum yum sauce and it wasnt yummy. The deluxe hibachi was burnt. The sushi just tasted like you bought it from a grocery store. The cook stood over us while we ate. It definitely has went down hill here.

The food was out of this world, sushi was fresh and unique. The curry was homemade quality and filling, the teriyaki steak and rice was delicious. Would recommend for anyone with an adventurous pallet and a desire to eat great food! Customer service was warm and welcoming. Laid back atmosphere really makes you enjoy the dining experience more.
