About Bamboo Garden Restaurant

Bamboo Garden Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant situated at 1232 NE 163rd St in North Miami Beach, Florida. If you're considering dining here, it's important to be aware of recent customer feedback which presents a mixed picture.

One recent reviewer who visited for lunch noted that despite wanting to share a plate with their young child, they were informed that lunch specials were unavailable and had to order a dinner special. They found the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce to be of poor quality, with crunchy, refrigerator-tasting rice and hard, rubbery shrimp. The food was also described as being extremely hot, suggesting it might have been microwaved. The only positive aspect mentioned was the apparent cleanliness of the restaurant. The reviewer also noted that the waitress hovered while waiting for a tip, creating an uncomfortable experience.

Another long-time customer, who had been a frequent patron since 2003, stated that the restaurant's quality declined significantly around 2014-2015 and now considers the food to be of very poor quality. They also mentioned that the food is cooked in peanut oil and that the restaurant has reportedly been on "dirty dining" reports multiple times. Despite returning occasionally hoping for improvement, they have been consistently disappointed and now avoid eating Chinese food in Miami altogether.

Based on this recent feedback, while Bamboo Garden Restaurant may appear clean, there are significant concerns regarding the freshness and quality of the food, as well as potential issues with service and billing practices. It is advisable to consider these recent experiences when deciding whether to dine at this establishment. You can contact them at (305) 945-1722 or +1 305-945-1722 for further information.

Went for lunch with my daughter about 2p on a Wednesday just to try them out. Told the waitress my daughter and I share a plate because she's only 3. She looks looks older because of her height and size. Waitress immediately told me lunch was not available and I have to order dinner special instead. So, I ordered Shrimp w/Lobster Sauce and the food came out pretty fast. The food did not taste fresh, as the rice was really crunchy and tasted like refrigerator, and the shrimp was so hard and rubbery.. All the food was extremely hot and so was the dishes they were in. That usually happens when everything is heated in a microwave..... The only thing that was good about this place, was the fact it appeared to be pretty clean. When it time to pay, don't be surprise the waitress the hover over you breathing down your neck as she waits on her tip.... We gave them a shot, and they gave us microwave burnt leftover Chinese food and a tip thirsty waitress.

Once upon a time, they were great. I've been eating here since 2003 & would eat here 2- 7 times a month. They fell off around 2014-2015 & now the food is trash. they cook the food I peanut oil. They've been on dirty dining 4 times. I go back 2 - 3 times a year to see if they improved & have to trash my meal everytime. I no longer even attempt to eat Chinese food in Miami anymore. I wait until I'm in new York

Hole in the wall delight with affordable prices for the whole family! During my visit to Titusville we turned and drove into a sleepy parking lot. The restaurant is kinda hidden back away from the street facing South. Make sure you Google map this address. Upon walking into the restaurant I was surprisingly greeted by fish swimming in a Koi pond. The sign kindly reminded patrons not to touch the fish 🐟. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Before being seated we were given one plastic glove for serving ourselves in a sanitary manner while at the buffet. I knew where to get my hot and cold foods, sushi, etc. I had the rice noodles, stuffed mushrooms, perfectly steamed yams, miso soup, and vegetables. For an additional .89 cents you could choose from a plethora of sushi varieties per slice. For dessert I had the perfectly refrigerated multicolored jello and the creamy decadent chocolate pudding! The server was mindful of refilling our glasses with ice water, and exchanging our dirty plates with clean ones. The food was excellent! I hadn't been to a buffet in years and this experience has made me ask "why?" In Titusville and hungry? Don't forget to stop in and have a delicious meal with friends and family. Way to go Bamboo Garden Restaurant!🤗

A GREAT eatery with AMAZING food! I attended the Chinese New Year celebration with some friends and booked a table. It was a very memorable night with a live lion dance as well as some martial arts for entertainment. The restaurant was very clean with nice decor . The evening also included an eight-course authentic Cantonese-Chinese meal served by friendly staff. The dishes were very flavorful and overall I had a lovely time. I will definitely go back! :)

Atmosphere was good and inside was clean. Outside needed sweeping. Food was bland and some items tasted "old." szechuan was not at all spicy. Another customer, apparently a regular, told the waitress 'spicy' three times. He knew! We will not be a return customer.
