Based on the limited number of recent online customer reviews, experiences at Bamboo Garden Restaurant appear to be somewhat varied, particularly regarding food quality and customer service. Potential customers should consider these recent perspectives when making their dining decisions.
One customer review provided feedback on several specific food items. They found the "chicken and broccoli" to be "tasty" and noted that it was served with fried rice. The "crab Rangoon" was also described as "good." However, they had a more mixed opinion of the "vegetable spring rolls," noting that they were "nice and crispy" but the filling was "flavorless." This suggests that while some dishes at Bamboo Garden Restaurant may be well-received, others might lack in flavor or overall satisfaction.
In contrast to the feedback on the food, another customer shared a negative experience solely based on the customer service they encountered. This reviewer stated that they did not end up ordering food because the service they received upon entering was so poor. They mentioned a lack of greeting and a feeling of being rushed to place an order. This negative initial interaction was significant enough to deter the customer from dining or even ordering from Bamboo Garden Restaurant. They emphasized the importance of customer service and indicated that they would not patronize an establishment where it is lacking.
Given these two recent reviews, it is challenging to form a comprehensive overall assessment of Bamboo Garden Restaurant. One review suggests that certain food items are enjoyable, while others may not meet expectations. The other review raises significant concerns about the customer service provided, indicating a potential area for improvement in how customers are greeted and treated upon arrival.
Information regarding the restaurant's specific environment or ambiance for dine-in customers is not detailed in the provided text. Therefore, it is not possible to describe the atmosphere or décor of Bamboo Garden Restaurant. Similarly, there is no information available about any unique features that might distinguish this Chinese restaurant from others in the area, such as specific culinary specialties, preparation methods, or a particular dining experience. Additionally, the provided text does not include any details about current promotional offers or discounts that Bamboo Garden Restaurant might be running to attract customers.
In conclusion, the recent customer feedback for Bamboo Garden Restaurant in Charlotte, NC, presents a mixed picture. While some food items, like the chicken and broccoli and crab Rangoon, have been positively reviewed, there are concerns about the flavor of other dishes, such as the vegetable spring rolls. Furthermore, a significant negative experience was reported regarding the customer service, highlighting potential issues with the initial interaction and attentiveness towards customers. For local users considering Bamboo Garden Restaurant, it would be wise to take these points into account. The feedback suggests a potential inconsistency in both food quality and customer service, which may influence the overall dining experience.
As a Chinese restaurant offering both dine-in and takeout in Charlotte, Bamboo Garden Restaurant provides a local option for those seeking this type of cuisine. However, the limited and somewhat critical recent reviews suggest that potential customers may want to approach with tempered expectations or consider these points when making their decision. Further positive feedback or improvements in the areas mentioned in the reviews could enhance the restaurant's reputation within the local community.

Chicken and broccoli was tasty. Came with fried rice. The crab Rangoon was good. The vegetable spring rolls nice and crispy but the filling was flavorless.
This review isn't not about the food simply because I never ordered, the customer service here is so bad it stopped me from ordering. There was no greeting upon entering, but then wants to rush me to order something. I'm very big on customer service and if the customer service isn't right I will eat nor shop at the establishment.
I didn’t eat there but have to say I’m proud of the staff. I was there behind the store for almost 24 hours making a delivery to Food Lion and the staff, rather than come out throwing a fit my big rig was back there. They came out and checked on me and made sure I was ok. Again thank you for making sure I was ok.
Very nice assortment of dishes. Great tasting food, large portions and nice price point. Sauces used are listed on menu to help you decide. Will be back.
Last time I ordered here I got the sesame chicken and lo mein noodles and it was so good, we decided to come back. This time was a little different. We ordered the sweet and spicy Thai chicken and it was soggy and not spicy whatsoever. The fried rice has no egg or veggies it’s just brown mushy rice with no flavor. We ordered vegetable chow mein thinking that it had noodles but really it was just a bowl of soggy mushy vegetables. Maybe I am just dumb, but I looked up what chow mein was and every thing on Google tells me it has fried noodles in it. But when I called the store, the lady laughed in my face and said that chow mein is just vegetables in a white sauce. Maybe that should be put on their menus so that other people don’t spend nine dollars on a bowl of soggy vegetables.
