Bamboo Garden

Some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Egg rolls had zero crunch and very little flavor.. Lo mein was unbelievably greasy, completely limp, and had No flavor. I'm not sure how to describe the dumplings...thickest, doughiest, worst Ever. Pics of the 'wrapper'. Will Never again do business with this place.

Ordered delivery from Bamboo Garden Tonight. EXCELLENT! START TO FINISH! Everything was fresh and perfect. I ordered the Mandarin Fried Rice and it was packed full of chicken, beef, and shrimp. Really great! Also, hot and sour soup was delicious as were the egg rolls! So fresh and hand made not frozen. The sweet and sour pork was great too! All and All FIVE STARS GUYS! ALSO, THE SWEETEST NICEST DELIVERY PERSON. A GREAT MEAL (For 2) FROM BAMBOO GARDENS. 2 PERSONS/ TONS OF FOOD AND LEFTOVERS FOR THE NEXT DAY? $42 total w/ driver's tip included. ❤️❤️❤️

Food is generally good. A few items missed on occasion however if you feel they appreciate your business then you can accept that as I'm sure they get busy. Unfortunately, the lady that answers the phone and takes the orders is very rude. She says 'you're order is small' and hangs up when you are trying to give them an order of $25 and your business. Houston has so many great restaurants and it's competitive. She will be the reason this restaurant fails. No need to spend money with someone who doesn't appreciate the business. The driver is so nice, i must say which makes this review very sad to write. I hope she is not a relative to the others. A real embarrassment to the family who work hard to make it in America. She needs to be removed from taking orders as her horrible attitude is the first experience most will have. She is the face of the company and most in the community stopped ordering here as its just not worth dealing with her. It's a shame. Just my experience this evening.

Been coming here for many years. Food is always fresh and delicious and the lunch price is great!!!

I called and placed my order and the lady, whom I believe is the owner or manager, was very rude. She said I had a small order and wanted me to order more. I definitely had an order large enough for delivery. I asked her if it was enough for a delivery and she sighed and said “card number!” She said the order would be here in 40 minutes. I waited an hour and five minutes and then called her to get an update on my order. She said the delivery driver was on his way and then hung up on me!!!!!!! Omg!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. So rude. We have been ordering from here for several years and she is always short when I call but tonight she was flat out extremely rude! Unacceptable. On a positive note, the delivery guy, who has been delivering for us for years was so incredibly polite and kind. He is so sweet.
