Based on available information, customer experiences at Bamboo City Restaurant have varied. Some patrons have reported dissatisfaction with certain aspects of their meals. For instance, one review described the orange chicken as overcooked with a sauce deemed unpleasant, and noted a discrepancy in their order, receiving beef chow mein instead of Mongolian beef, which was also described as having an undesirable taste. This customer found only the egg rolls and white rice to be satisfactory and expressed overall disappointment with their experience, considering it a waste of money.

Another customer shared a contrasting initial positive experience from a few months prior, which led to a return visit with a guest. However, this subsequent visit resulted in significant disappointment. The dishes were described as plain and lacking flavor, falling short of the expectations set by the previous experience. Specifically, the "chow-mein," which was expected to be crispy noodles with selected ingredients, was presented as a handful of thinly cut and fried wonton skins. This was perceived as misleading and indicative of a decline in food quality. The boba tea was also noted to be excessively watery. Consequently, this customer stated their intention not to return or order from the restaurant again.

It's important for potential customers to consider these recent experiences when making a decision. While past experiences might have been positive for some, recent feedback suggests potential inconsistencies in food quality and preparation.

Probably some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I never leave bad reviews, but I had to for this. The orange chicken was overcooked and the sauce was almost rancid, it was so gnarly. Also, I didn't recieve my Mongolian beef that I ordered and instead was given beef chow mein, which also had an interestingly displeasant taste. I could only eat the egg rolls (with no sweet and sour sauce) and the white rice. Everything else, I threw away. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. $50 wasted for sure. Now I have to go pick up some more food and waste more of my money this evening.

Hi ,I had some different items on a menu à few months ago and i like it . I returned today with my Daughter who just arrived from UNLV and I ask her if she want some Chinese food and sure yes why not , telling her I already try this place and it's good . TODAY how disappointed I was !!!!.seriously what's happened to the chef ?? The dishes were so plain , no flavor , no taste , and the most average Chinese restaurant. Very very disappointed again . We order some assorted appetizer who was just ok and my dish was a chow-mein which supposed to be crispy noodle with my choice of meat , veggie etc etc . In the picture you have the " chow-mein "AKA" crispy noodle .How ridiculous this can be seriously, making a hand full of wonton skin cut thin then fried 😑 😡😡😡how ridiculous it can be to take the costumer as STUPID .I will never go back to this place neither order food . Sorry but Taking the costumer for stupid it's NO NO for me . Also I need to Boba was very watery .

Their pork fried rice is so good I don't even know how to articulate it. Let me put it this way. This is the 3rd day in a row I ordered this rice to-go. I can't stop. It's sooooo good

The Curry Fried Rice was great! Unfortunately, the chicken in the Tom Yum Soup was undercooked.

Food is amazing. My kids range from seven to toddler and no one had an issue. The boba is yummy. The Staff are very attentive. This is our first time eating here, but will be back.
