This is a self-service restaurant, order at the counter, pour yourself a cup of iced water, put the order number on your table. They will bring the food to your table, and they will clean up after you. Tip is optional and appreciate it. Food were good, staffs were friendly. Comfortable dining area. We like it.

I tried this place while traveling on route 130 after a day of thrift shopping. The menu has photos of each item, which was very helpful. I decided to try the daily vermicelli noodle special with BBQ shrimp and pork. It came in a bowl with noodles, cucumbers, lettuce, and carrots. The clear dressing and peanuts were on the side. The staff members were attentive. If I lived closer, I would probably visit this place often.

Why this place so hyped I don't know. We sat down they gave us menus but then asked us to stand up to go to counter at the back to order food. OK fine, so you are a take out/mall place where we can eat at your tables. But then you expect to receive tips for other services? MAKE YOUR SERVICE EXPECTATIONS CLEAR! If full dine in service, then don't be lazy and come to table and take customers orders! The food is average, why the hype? The soup not hot enough and I've had better flavors in nyc every day at better prices. The place ambience is near zero by put everything up and see what sticks. No authenticity feel, no modern feel, felt like some neighborhood take out Chinese place.

Being from NYC, the pho broth here was a bit off and too sweet. The beef was not what they had in nyc. 4 half size spring rolls for $10.50 which was decent tasting. Also ordered a banh mi which looked big and was crispy and looked like it tasted better than the pho. Atmosphere was nice and cool with AC and spacious and clean bathrooms. Water is self service. You order and pay at the counter and they bring the food to your table. It’s a 3.5 from me, the 4 is generous.
