Bagel Buffet

First time here... won't be my last! Food is fresh. The staff is very nice. Orders come out quickly. Ate here with the family and they all enjoyed it. Bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel is how I rate these places... I know that's simple... but they did it very well.

I'm a regular customer at bagel buffet. I've had a few bad experiences the last few times I went there, and I've let it go. This time I couldn't. Yesterday I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and cheddar cheese on a whole wheat wrap, first of all it was midget size, I thought it was a joke, then there was barely anything in it. The reason I didn't return it was because we were going on a road trip and I was already on route when we started eating our breakfast. Michael (who I am guessing is the manager) is always very nice when I am there. I miss Daisy who was wonderful, but this new staff is poor. Food is expensive enough and you pay for something that was $7.00 that should have been no more than $3.00. I don't mind paying for food, if it is good, like I said it was like eating a grilled cheese wrap, and bacon tasted old. Sad, this place has declined over the past year.

Dear Bagel Buffet Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the pricing of your bagel with butter and grape jelly. As a loyal customer, I was shocked to be charged $5.25 for such a simple combination. A regular bagel costs only $1.25, so the additional $4.00 for minimal toppings seems excessive. Furthermore, the audacity to laugh when addressing my concern was unprofessional and disheartening. As a result, I regretfully inform you that I will no longer be a customer at Bagel Buffet. I hope you take customer feedback seriously and consider adjusting your pricing and customer service practices. Thank you!

Had a very disappointing experience due to terrible customer service. I ordered a taylor ham, egg and cheese on an everything bagel…..My only request was that I specifically asked for a non-burnt bagel. The cashier responded “sure, no problem.” I was then given a very dark burnt bagel. I brought it up with the cashier and showed her, her response was “I can’t control what bagel they pick”……She refused to accept any accountability and did not apologize. Was very unprofessional and she now lost the business a customer.

I placed an order today for 2 bagels with cream cheese. I get to work and there was globs and globs of cream cheese it was disgusting. Please look at photos. This is the 2nd complaint I am making. I ordered these 2 bagels on the way to work, woman calls me back to see if I wanted them toasted, 3x I told her no when I first placed the order, it's not rocketscience, it's actually sad at this point. I tried to call to see if Michael was in and I was told he's on vacation til after labor day. I hate to say I may not be coming back here anymore.
