Bà & Me

We popped in to get something for lunch just before they close at 4, fortunately we got in before the 1 hour afternoon closure. We had chicken pho, beef pho, pork dumplings, five spice chicken ban mi sandwich. We also had the Vietnamese iced coffee. Wonderful food, charming setting & relaxing lunch! Delicious food here!

The food quality is OK, not at all creative or all that competitive with other Vietnamese restaurants, but given the area I suppose they don't really need to compete. The biggest problem though is the value proposition, the items are TINY for the price. The bahn mi sandwiches were $13 each and the summer rolls were $12, which wouldnt be terrible if they were both normally sized, but get a lookfor yourself, banana for scale.

Nhi and staff nailed it! The dishes and flavors were authentic. Comparing it the the Vietnamese cooking I experienced in Saigon, and other parts of Vietnam, Ba & Me was a spot on! Highly recommend any of the dishes. Iced Vietnamese coffee was amazing, appetizers packed with amazing umami flavors from the pickled veg, cilantro and fish sauces. Authentic flavors in every dish! Don’t wait. Stop by this week!!

Food and service was amazing and authentic! Def coming back. Honestly, probably one of the best restaurants in the town. My top favorite restaurants in Honesdale are Native, Here & Now, and this place.
