I called in an order for sushi and when I walked in the door, the woman at the front desk was leaned up against the counter scrolling on her phone. Behind her was a a plate of sushi with the cover off. When I told her which order was mine, she got put her phone down, covered the sushi, bagged it up and handed it to me. It was off putting that the food had been casually sitting there uncovered for however long for no reason. Nonetheless, I come home to eat and it looks like I’ve been given dirty/used chopsticks (see photo). I used to order from them all the time because the food was decent and they are close by. But I will not anymore.

Got bubble tea. Many issues. It's very watery, the bubble tea pearls aren't fresh and chewy, they're almost like orbeez texture you can tell they're probably instant boba because they taste artificial. Recipient was not happy, paid a lot for small portion of bubble tea that was not good. Staff was alright and didn't seem rude, but they were too busy eating their meal to tend to us which felt odd, waited a good bit. Overall will most likely not be coming back.

There was an insane amount of hair in our food, not a single strand but entire clumps distributed so evenly in my friends dish that we thought it was an ingredient. There was also hair in another dish. When we (very politely) alerted the server to this, he was immediately combative and said “are you serious?” and insinuated that we had planted it there ourselves. The server swore that the chef was bald, and then later on a different server said the chef has short hair…which one is it? When we asked they could take the rest of the food from the kitchen off our check, because having clumps of hair in two of our dishes made us question the quality of the rest of the food, they called the cops on us. We were late for work and we didn’t have time to wait for the cops so we had to pay. Also my friend, who had the food with the most hair (see photo below) and was doing most of the negotiating is a young black man. they were being incredibly disrespectful, yelling at him while he spoke very quietly and politely and we can’t help but think if he was white they wouldn’t have been so cruel. They also tried to make him pay in cash because they didn’t trust him paying with card? Miso soup was solid tho 😂

The food was just ok for the price of the food. There was a bug flying around and then multiple bugs flying around. It was very unenjoyable atmosphere when trying to eat. We were so turned off by the bugs. Our bill was 66 dollars for lunch. It was so not worth it. I’m waiting for the manager to give me a call. The Pepsi didn’t even taste right. There was no manager on premises. It just made me wonder what their kitchen looked like and why we were the only ones there at lunch. We had maybe two bites of food. We were so turned off. We will not be going back to waste our money there. I don’t think I’ve ever paid that much for a Chinese dinner!!! The manager called me back and said I was mean for writing a review about them. I don’t feel I was being mean because I didn’t want people to experience the same thing that happened to us. He wouldn’t refund me my money because something had to be wrong with the food or the bugs had to be found in our food. He said most of the people don’t eat in there, they do take out primarily. I told him my husband and I wanted to sit down in a chinese restaurant and have the lunch there. He said that bugs wouldn’t bother him flying around while eating food. To each his own. I told him that I found it to be gross.

Ordered 2 wonton soups and crab ragoon cost almost 30 which is insane plus it’s not even that good won’t be getting food from here again , I guess they think because they are located in manorville they can have ridiculous prices though it’s the gateway to the Hamptons it’s not quite the Hamptons and your food isn’t that great to be charging like that . The should have left that place a field and stopped building businesses there ..
