This suggests a well-maintained and hygienic space, contributing positively to the overall customer experience. While specific decorative elements are not detailed, the emphasis on cleanliness implies a commitment to providing a comfortable and sanitary setting for diners. An interesting observation by a customer pertains to the in-house entertainment, noting that a "TV which was showing the news" was present. This aspect of the ambiance could be seen as either a distraction or a source of information, depending on individual preference. For those dining in, the service style is described as characteristic of many authentic Asian establishments. A customer insightfully points out that the service might not align with typical "American, Warm, fuzzy service," but rather represents "the real, Asian deal." This means that while staff might not make extensive eye contact or offer effusive smiles, their professionalism and attentiveness in fulfilling orders are a sign of "good service." This distinction is important for customers to understand, as it frames the service experience within a cultural context, emphasizing efficiency and respect rather than overt expressions of warmth. This style of service suggests that the restaurant prioritizes the swift and accurate delivery of food, ensuring customer needs are met in a direct manner.
Asian House Restaurant features a menu designed to appeal to a range of tastes within Asian cuisine. A standout dish, according to customer feedback, is the "General Tso’s Tofu," which was described as "delish!!!!" The enthusiasm for this specific dish suggests that it is prepared with a good balance of flavors and textures, making it a memorable item for patrons. While specific details on other menu items are not provided in the given reviews, the restaurant's categorization as "Chinese Restaurant" implies a comprehensive menu that likely includes popular stir-fries, noodle dishes, rice dishes, and appetizers commonly found in such establishments. The presence of a TV showing news, while perhaps not enhancing the Asian ambiance, does suggest that the restaurant caters to a local clientele who might appreciate such a feature during their meal or while waiting for takeout.

The positive feedback on the General Tso's Tofu also acts as a form of organic promotion, encouraging others to try the dish. For a restaurant like Asian House, consistent quality and positive word-of-mouth are often its strongest marketing tools. The objective observation about the authenticity of the service style also implicitly serves as a promotional point for those seeking a more traditional Asian dining experience, differentiating it from establishments that might adopt a more Americanized service approach. The cleanliness of the restaurant is another feature that implicitly promotes trust and encourages patronage, as a clean environment is a basic expectation for any food establishment. Therefore, Asian House relies on its core offerings and operational quality to attract and retain customers.

Customer Reviews
I ordered door dash and tried this place for the first time. I got the General Tso’s Tofu and it was delish!!!!
The food is really 4.7 There is a TV which was showing the news. Music from Asia would have been better. It was clean. People from Asia do not make much eye contact (too much is seen as rude there.) or smile unless truly pleased. As long as you know that, you will understand that they are giving good service. It's just not American, Warm, fuzzy service. It's the real, Asian deal. I would return. 😀
Customer service is crap. Called in a order and the child taking the order didn't ask for name or number(wife called and its 2024 nobody remembers numbers). When I entered the store the child asked for a number. I said nobody asked for a name or number but I ordered and before I could finish telling him what I ordered he decides to yell at me and say NUMBER! I was heated after that your a child for one your not going to yell at me and for two it's not very good customer service. Foods not bad but I got charged for extra chicken I asked for but didn't get the extra part of the chicken I ordered. Wont be making this mistake again.
As always, the food is served promptly, hot, and delicious. This is one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. I have loved everything I have ever ordered.
Ordered via door dash, didn't disappoint.
