About Asian Garden

Welcome to Asian Garden, a Chinese restaurant located at 2925 E W.T. Harris Blvd A in Charlotte, North Carolina (28213, USA). As a part of the Chinese Restaurant category, Asian Garden aims to provide local users with a variety of Chinese culinary options. For inquiries or to place an order, you can contact them at their phone number: (704) 509-2323 or their mobile phone: +1 704-509-2323.

Based on the limited customer reviews available, experiences at Asian Garden appear to be quite polarized, with one review expressing significant dissatisfaction and another offering high praise. One customer recounted a very negative experience after ordering orange chicken and sesame chicken. They reported that the food felt excessively greasy and, disturbingly, found burnt bacon and a hair in their order. This discovery led them to stop eating and strongly advise others against dining at Asian Garden, labeling it a "waste of money." This review raises serious concerns about the food quality and hygiene practices at the restaurant.

In stark contrast, another customer shared a highly positive experience, indicating a strong affinity for Asian Garden. This reviewer mentioned ordering from the restaurant twice within a single week, specifically highlighting the "vegetable egg rolls" as "The Best!" They recommended trying them with duck sauce and hot sauce, emphasizing their deliciousness. Furthermore, this customer shared a positive anecdote about a special request for cabbage cooked with brown sauce and egg fried rice, which was accommodated without any issues, satisfying a "weird craving." The reviewer also described the owners as "such nice people" and consistently found the food to be "always hot and Fresh!" This overwhelmingly positive feedback presents a very different perspective on the food and service at Asian Garden.

The conflicting nature of these two reviews makes it challenging to form a definitive overall assessment of Asian Garden. The negative review points to significant problems with food quality and hygiene, which are critical concerns for any dining establishment. The positive review, on the other hand, praises specific dishes, the freshness of the food, the accommodating nature of the staff, and the friendliness of the owners. This suggests that the quality and experience might be inconsistent, or perhaps different dishes and visits yield varying outcomes.

Information regarding the environment of Asian Garden is not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews. The positive reviewer's repeated orders might imply a comfortable or at least acceptable setting for takeout, and potentially for dine-in if they had visited the restaurant. However, the negative review focuses solely on the issues with the food itself, providing no insight into the ambiance or cleanliness of the establishment. Therefore, local users have limited information about the physical environment of Asian Garden to consider.

In terms of services, Asian Garden likely offers both dine-in and takeout options, as is typical for many Chinese restaurants. The positive reviewer's multiple orders suggest efficient takeout service, and the mention of interacting with the owners implies a personal touch in their service. The willingness to fulfill a special request for a non-standard dish also indicates a degree of flexibility and customer service orientation. However, the negative review does not comment on the service aspect, focusing entirely on the food quality issues. To confirm the full range of services offered, such as delivery, and to understand their service protocols better, contacting Asian Garden directly would be advisable.

Based on the reviews, a notable feature of Asian Garden, according to one customer, is the quality of their vegetable egg rolls, which are described as exceptional. The willingness to accommodate special off-menu requests could also be considered a positive feature, indicating a customer-centric approach. Additionally, the positive reviewer consistently found the food to be hot and fresh, which is a desirable attribute for takeout and dine-in meals alike. However, the significant issue of finding contaminants in the food, as reported by the negative reviewer, overshadows these potential positives and raises serious concerns about food safety and preparation standards.

There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Local users interested in any special offers, discounts, or new menu items at Asian Garden would need to contact the restaurant directly at (704) 509-2323 or +1 704-509-2323. Checking online platforms or social media, if Asian Garden has a presence, might also provide updates on any current promotions.

In conclusion, the customer reviews for Asian Garden at 2925 E W.T. Harris Blvd A in Charlotte, NC, present a stark contrast. While one reviewer had a very positive experience, praising the vegetable egg rolls, the freshness of the food, and the friendly owners, the other reported finding contaminants in their meal, leading to a strong negative recommendation. This significant discrepancy suggests potential inconsistencies in food quality and hygiene practices. Local users considering Asian Garden should be aware of these conflicting reports. If the positive experiences reflect the norm, Asian Garden might offer enjoyable dishes and good service. However, the serious nature of the negative feedback regarding food contamination cannot be ignored. Potential customers may want to exercise caution and perhaps seek more recent reviews or inquire about the restaurant's food safety protocols before placing an order or dining in. Contacting Asian Garden directly for more information about their menu, services, and current standards is recommended.
