Paid for extra chicken but no extra chicken here because they didn't want to make a new batch to give me extra also they split it with the next person.. in Jacksonville,FL extra chicken means it's do stuffed you can't close the lid.

Food is not good, customer service is worse and the price is horrible. I paid $20.20 just for me.

The amount of food you get for the price is absolutely incredible! I couldn’t finish my food even stuffing myself. Everything is super fresh and they cook it right in front of you. They gave me about a cup and a half of chicken on my meal. It did say chicken/veggie combo and I only got a few pieces of veggies, but I can’t complain because of the freshness, speed, price, and quality/quantity of chicken.

First, this place ONLY does the 2 item plates. Which i guess is fine. I ordered the bourbon chicken and noodles. The noodles looked and tasted like basic spaghetti noodles cooked lo mein style and were bland. The chicken was salty and kinda dry. I also ordered the vegetable spring roll. It was crisp outside, but mushy and bland inside. At least the pink lemonade was good . Not worth the $10 a plate.

We were just there, and a hair came out from the food. Asked for a refund, and the two young girls at the front acting like we put the hair there for no reason. I would understand their behavior if I took a bite or something, but I took it back as soon as I saw the hair, so I'm not sure why they acted like that. It just shows how unprofessional they are. Please train your employees better.
