Around the Clock Restaurant

This is the most welcoming Restaurant that I have been to in a long time. You are greeted at the door by a very nice hostess. Your waitress comes promptly and asks for your beverage order. Then she gets your food order. The food is made to order and very delicious. The servings are large. I took half of it home for breakfast the next day. It was nice to be at a breakfast restaurant where manners and gracious dining are still in style!

Food is always good... the French onion soup is reliably great. Service is fast and friendly. Not fancy but always clean and comfortable. I gave only 4 stars for atmosphere because I think people are suspicious of 5 stars across the board. Never a bad meal; hits the spot whenever we're there.

Quick and easy! Friendly service! Great atmosphere! You get what you pay for! Hearty portions and if your a deserts person! Full service treat counter! Cookes! Pies! Cupcakes! Canonlis ! Fair and balanced prices and stellar staff! Yall gotta check out arounc the clock! Hidden gem in crystal lake not far from rt31 and on rt14 across from movies! You wont be disappointed!!

Amazing restaurant on the Northwest Highway in Crystal Lake. We visited in for a family brunch on Monday, February 17, 2025 with the extra day off. This restaurant has an amazing blend of both breakfast and lunch options. It is family owned and operated and we were assisted by Gia this time, who was great. Overall it was a good meal and good to be with family, it is definitely in our rotation of restaurants. I opted for lunch and tried the chicken fingers with fries which blew me away, the fries were really good! Others had pancakes and loved it, and I have heard very good things about all dishes. We didn’t really have a long wait, we had a reservation but it could be a long wait if you didn’t.

I’m staying in the area just for a long weekend. I stopped in for lunch today. WOW!! I couldn’t believe how big the portions are and delicious as well. And the baked goods will blow you away. I got a veggie sandwich and onion rings, both were excellent! Had to bring half back to my room. I would absolutely stop here again.
