Aroma Authentic Indian Cuisine

Five stars for the food! Have been looking for a great indian restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. So many seem to come and go. Aman's is so overpriced and strange and the food is inconsistent, but the restaurant is beautiful. Aroma Authentic Indian Cuisine, on the other hand, is in a mall and really feels like it is with large front windows looking out into the mall. Don't go here for the atmosphere, go here for the amazing food! We absolutely loved everything we ordered. Had both chicken and veg samosas. I thought the chicken samosas would be boring but they were amazingly flavorful as were the veggie ones. The outer pastry was crisp and flaky. Maybe the best I've ever had. We also tried the aloo tikki chaat... WOW so good! Huge portion. This is a meal in itself. For entrees, my husband got butter chicken and I got the mutter paneer. Both were creamy and full of gorgeous warm flavors. I ordered mild/medium and husband ordered medium. We both thought we could have gone one spice level higher. The basmati rice was perfect as was the garlic naan which was so fresh with lightly charred/crisp edges. We had lots of food left for lunches for the next few days! The service was kind of slow for a restaurant that only had two other tables of diners. It took a long time to get menus and be waited on. But damn, was it worth the wait. After we ordered, the food seemed to come out at a nice pace. I think we found our new favorite Indian place! Try it—just be patient and know good food is coming your way! Overall, we were blown away!

I’m a chef a halal chef and this place was the greatest experience I had all year the food had everything time temperature and taste the customer service was elite I felt like a king and the chef was so kind and humble we requested to meet him and thank him for such a wonderful meal the table was full the prices were great and our stomachs were full also I really will be back here very soon I will fast just to eat more this was phenomenal A1 cuisine and top chef culinary experience trust me I’m an executive chef in corporate kitchens all over the United States 👨🏽‍🍳❤️👑🌟

We visited today after I found them on Google. It took my friend and I a while to decide what we thought we wanted. I ended up with the butter chicken, garlic naan, and paneer pakoda. my friend got the veg kathi and sesame seed naan. Everything was delicious, fresh and hot. The service was very nice.

This place is totally disappointing way too expensive and not worth money and visit many good options in Easton but this one dont waste your time and money they are Indian but can’t even make aloo gobi(potato’s and cauliflower) got no rice order samosa but they never put inside the bag and I waited good 45 minutes just for one dish, samosa, and naan which they gave frozen one I just paid for oil not dish total waste “run guys run”

Update: Dined in at their new location in Palmer Park Mall. Everything we had was delicious, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. I especially enjoyed the chole bhature. Looking forward to go back and try more! Great service and wonderful food! So far we've tried the shahi paneer and mutter paneer, both incredibly flavorful. The samosas were good, but the filling was on the blander side. Looking forward to continuing to taste all their vegetarian options!
