Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food was great and the restaurant it's self was super clean. The service wasn't the greatest. Our server was friendly enough but it felt like he was forcing himself and didn't seem like he wanted to be there and just blah. Didn't really check on us. I had to ask to get some small plates twice. He blatantly ignored me the first time. Then going to the restroom and having to walk past other workers they didn't smile or come off friendly. They gave dirty looks which I mean look if you're having a bad day I get it but when in the service industry we have to suck it up. Our waiter really didn't engage with our little one either but seemed more annoyed by her. So I honestly probably wouldn't recommend this Applebee's. The food was great though and who knows maybe they were having an off day

Came to Applebee's with a friend, I had the two for. twenty five Dinner , which consisted of fiesta lime chicken, with a salad it was mediocre at Best, the service was slow even though there very few people in the restaurant, I don't think I will be coming back in the future.

I found about 5 hairs in my burger after I already ate most of it. It looked like they dropped it on the floor and picked it back up! I told the waitress and all I got was a replacement. No, I didn't get a burger again! Please be careful here. I also found a live bug in my salad the time before that. Walking around, I mean ALIVE. I am never going back. Yes, I took pictures of the hairs. I am posting them here.

Cydnie is the bees knees. Gives Andy a real run for his money. Weather outside was terrible, but this Saturday staff is warm and comforting. This place is better than Disney world.

Service was great until our server made fun of another wait staff for being autistic. This put a bad taste in my mouth. If another staff member is bothering you, their autism is not the problem. Disabilities are not always visible nor are they to blame for whatever interpersonal problems you have with a disabled person. I did not appreciate experiencing a hate crime at the end of a nice dinner with who I thought was a lovely server. As an autistic person I would not return.
