Applebee's Grill + Bar

Delicious and our waiter was quick and efficient and so nice to us he was also the bar tender the virgin Pina colada he made was soo good my hubby and I had burgers they were perfect thanks to the cook everyone we encountered was kind and very friendly the manager was present and making rounds i thought that was grat! Now we are on our way down the road but we will stop back through real soon until then thanks for a awesome lunch applebees

I recently visited this restaurant and had a pleasant overall experience. The ambiance is inviting, and the presentation of the food is impressive. However, I feel there’s room for improvement when it comes to the menu. The descriptions are not very detailed or explanatory, which made it a bit challenging to understand some of the dishes and their ingredients. A more descriptive menu would greatly enhance the dining experience. On the positive side, the staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, which added a lot of value to our visit. Overall, it’s a good spot with great potential, and with a few tweaks to the menu, it could be even better!

Everything was great. Was seated right away. Our server Kristina was great. She was very attentive to our needs and never left our drinks empty.

We had the best experience this afternoon at Applebee’s in West Chester, PA. Food was delicious but best part was our server Heather, so friendly, and pleasant! Made the experience very pleasurable!!!

The Bourbon Street menu items are delicious. I really enjoyed the Sausage and Shrimp Penne. Felt extremely rushed by our server though. He was kind and friendly, but he was definitely rushing us through our meal. Definitely worried about his tip. As he mentioned it several times. Left 20% didn't feel it was worth it
