Applebee's Grill + Bar

Very nice Applebees location! The food was very good and fresh! I ordered the whiskey bacon burger and it was top tier. Very filling and I was able to have leftovers. This location was very quiet and clean as well which made eating here more enjoyable.

Arrived at the Fremont, OH restaurant shortly after 11am. I was seated. Waited over 5 minutes for a waitress to take my order. Table was not cleaned well and the pepper shaker was empty. A female walked around with my food only to return to the “kitchen” and then brought it to the table. The waitress never stopped back. I finished my meal no one came. I went to bar and asked for my check. She state your waitress would bring it. After again waiting the bartender brought the check. The receipt had suggested “tips.” There was no service; there is no tip”. I relayed this on the check.

Husband and I drove over 40 minutes away for a date night at this location. We had to wait for a open table. We finally get our table and the server took our order by memory. We sat over a hour and she told us our food should be out shortly. Finally the server had the manager come speak to us to let us know she forgot our order. Manager didn't offer anything to make it right. Waisted our time, money on babysitter, and gas. Do not recommend this location.

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner on a Wednesday night. Seated immediately and received great service the rest of the dinner from our server Raven. My dinner, pictured, was delicious. Hot honey grilled chicken. It came out sizzling with mushrooms, onions and bacon. That sauce was excellent!! We will continue to eat here and ask for Raven.

Horrible experience went with my kids cups and silverware all had spots on them one was still dirty. Then for a MR steak pasta and fried chicken sandwich over 35 minutes to get our food. Steak was WD and the chicken in the chicken sandwich hard as a rock. Manager kept saying they were short staffed. Maybe Applebee's should pay more not to be shorthanded or just shut this one down. Second bad experience here. Definitely will never come back. I probably will never go to an Applebee's period. Used to be a great restaurant now you get better service and food at a fast food place then their restaurants.
