Applebee's Grill + Bar

Not good. The food quality is sufficiently lacking. The mozzarella sticks lacked any pizzazz or real flavor and tasted like they came out of a bulk quantity frozen bag. The mozzarella sticks were not hot and the internal cheese was not melted much. The accompanying marinara was tasteless as well. The boneless wings should not be advertised as America’s favorite. They tasted and appeared like they came out of a bulk frozen bag as well. Heavy breading, hard, and not a lot of flavor. The Buffalo sauce had a thick consistency and an obscure color. There was not care or pride in the food. The bartender was attentive, working hard, and pleasant even though it was obvious they were understaffed for the very few customers in there. Really disappointing and I would never go back. This chain is well beyond its hay day.

Arrived around 1:00 the place was pretty empty told us the wait was 15 to 20. My wife gave her name and saw the hostess write big Kelly, shes 7 months pregnant so that was cool. We finally sat down 30 minutes later. When we were waiting on our food. The server touched our one year old baby and asked if we are getting her something too like we would have forgotten to feed our kid and why would she touch our kid without permission? That made us a little uncomfortable. She touched her again when she came around asking if we are ready for our ticket even though the manager gave us our ticket. The food was nothing special overall a underwhelming lunch that took far too long. Arriving at 1 and leaving at 2:30.

Good food and service as always. Free dinner for my veteran husband and myself. Thank you! You always go all out for us. It is appreciated. You were super busy, yet the workers all remained happy and accommodating.

Went in 3/20 At around 5pm. There were 3 tables around us at the time we were sat. There being only 2 of us at our table had to wait 20 min to see someone for a drink order. i wish i was over exaggerating but sadly i am not. after the 20 min wait we were finally seen by the bartender and put in our drink and food order at the same time. food didn’t take as long but by the time we were done eating we had to wait 30 min to be seen again. this time i had flagged down the host to bring us a check and boxes as we hadn’t seen our server since we put in drink orders. This isn’t a bad review on the server or bartender or host by any means. This is a direct reflection of poor management. there was only 1 host, 1 server and a singular bartender working. This needs to be fixed. by the time we left 5 parties were waiting to be sat some of which had been there as long as we had.(over an hour) Again not a bash on the people working but the management. Schedule better next time.

The food was delicious and filling. We ended up getting the 8oz steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, the chicken bourbon with shrimp, and a chicken strip platter for the kids and corn dog. We also had some Buffalo boneless wings. For drinks, we had two perfect strawberry margaritas and a 20oz bluemoon draft. Our server was very friendly and polite. I forgot his name 😑. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also came to our table to check up on us. Very clean store and friendly staff.
