Applebee's Grill + Bar

It’s been a while since we’ve been here mostly based of previous experience and bad service. But you can definitely tell there was a change in the people that work here. I couldn’t be happier with the experience that we had. The food was always good so that was never an issue so I’m really impressed with the changes. The server actually returned to the table to see how we were doing twice, which was better than the zero times had happened before. If it’s been a while since you’ve been here because of bad service give it a go again because they definitely made things better.

This Applebees is so warm and inviting! Always decorated nice and is clean. We love the boneless wings and Brew Pub Pretzels the most. The manager is wonderful and always makes sure you leave happy. Added bonus are the deals they run like $2 drinks, happy hour and after 9 1/2 price appetizers!

When we walked in were greeted by smiling faces. Hostess found a table to our liking and said our server Jen would be right over. Jen took drink orders and put appetizers order right in. While we ate we were asked if we would like refills on our drinks or could she bring a water. Kirsten the manager stopped to chat briefly asking how we were liking our meals. Everything was excellent. No complaints from our table 🤘 pricing was great too. Decent size meals for the money.

The staff is extraordinary and go above and beyond to make your dining experience a great one! Candy visited our table and was extremely friendly and funny, she made our day talking to us! Mama T was our waitress and was great to talk to as well! We loved the food and will definitely be back!

What a disaster! Tonight my wife ordered a Classic Hamburger with no pickles, no onion and cooked with no pink. What she received was a Classic CHEESEBURGER with lettuce, tomato and PICKLES. This isn't what she ordered. After about 15 minutes we had to flag down the waiter to tell him of the error. (He should have already checked on us by then.) He acknowledged the cheeseburger part was his mistake, but didn't know why it had pickles. He took her plate and promised to get it corrected. The manager came by our table and told us she would give us a free dessert for our troubles.Another 20 minutes passed and we had to flag our waiter down again! Where's her hamburger? A few minutes later he came out with the correct meal. By this time I've already finished my meal. After another 10 minutes or so we had to flag the waiter a third time to get drink refills. Now we've been here for over an hour and not one time did he come to our table on his own to check on us. This was not a busy night. Once my wife finished eating he took our order for dessert which finally came out after another 15 minutes! The manager came by with the bill and told us she had given us the free dessert, plus a little additional was taken off the bill. The bill showed that we were charged $9.99 for the cheeseburger we didn't order, and $8.99 for our "free" dessert totalling $18.98. We got a credit in the form of a BOGO for $19.98. We got a whopping credit of $1.00 for our troubles. It's going to be a long time before we visit this place again.
