Applebee's Grill + Bar

I’ve been to this Applebees location a few times and the food is almost always great. This visit we had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp special with Mashed Potatoes. Taste was pretty decent for everything. Also had the Classic Cheeseburger & fries. Everything came out hot which was great. I also ordered the “Tipsy Leprechaun” cocktail which had a nice flavor. Great place for eats and socializing with a nice atmosphere.

Took forever to get the food and it was actually a slow day.. Server was not friendly at all ... not a single friendly word or smile and we had to remind her even regarding some basic items. Food is edable at best. Chicken breast has an industrial texture like lab grown meat. Basically a tasteless chunk of something. Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad had 5 halves of very small strawberries and tomatoe pieces are pretty much non existent.

We had a great experience thanks to our waitress, Lauren. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. She had some great suggestions and checked in on us just enough without being overbearing. Really appreciated her making the meal easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely ask for her next time!

The food was delicious and warm, and the server was kind, but it took absolutely forever to get our food.

We have been to Applebee’s and have been very pleased with the Customer Service and the food but we decided to go to the seminal location and they failed us. Guy is out at the Bar we figured food would come in and out faster because we were limited of time the bartender every time we asked for something would forget and say oh Unforgettable. When we walked in there was not a greeter and that’s another reason why we sat at the bar. We ordered our drinks and received them the first round it was almost like pulling teeth to get a second round. We receive our food and one of the order was incorrect . We waited a while for the replacement. By the time the food came out we had shared my meal. And I asked for a to go box which a small one was given for the entire plate of food. Horrible customer service. It was at a lunch hour and place was barely busy, on a Saturday.
