Absolutely not enough staff even on a slow night. Zero sense of urgency or a desire to serve people in a timely fashion(20 minutes to PLACE a drink order, nevermind the time to receive them. 50 minutes to get a medium rare steak after ordering....

I came here for my first ever Veteran's special after being out of the service for 4 years. The food was good, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant as well. The best part of the evening was when the male host asked me if I need a veteran's menu. I'm a female veteran and I've had a lot of assumptions made about me during and after my service. I had brought my discharge papers along with me just in case but when the male host ASKED me if I needed a veteran's menu, instead of just assuming I wasn't a veteran - it made my entire day, if not my week/month. He was personable and a stand up guy. Thank you for not assuming and recognizing that 15% of the US military is made up of servicewomen. I will not forget this kindness, I promise. I will be back for future Veteran's specials if the establishment chooses to continue them.

I went to pick up an online order but the man you have working your back counter needs a new position or something he very rude and threw the order on the counter. I didn’t say anything, but I definitely believe management should know. The Lady who greeted me at the front door and also told me goodbye on the way out, was very much appreciated of your hires. Need to be like her.

See this is why Applebee's is slowly dying away. This shitty food yall allow to keep coming out that kitchen. This roll up is so soggy I should have gotten a burrito from Chipotle. Plus I specifically asked for Silverware cause I'm in a hotel but I'd be damn if I got them. So eattin mashed pot with my fingers 😕

The food was delicious the service was beyond slow for our table. Our service made herself seem like she was busy but I saw her helping only three tables... while this other service was doing at least seven tables and rocking it - really wished we had her. Either way, they set us at a table with food on the food all outside it. We were very thankful the cooks were doing an amazing job!
