The food was great. The service sucked big time. A lot of attitudes. And the restaurant want even busy

Very unpleasant visit, this location really needs to make some major changes. As we walked in nearly every table had been left uncleared, if the table was cleared it was still dirty. Underneath the tables were absolutely disgusting, I had gotten someone else’s butter all over my shoes so I went to the rag bucket myself to clean the table and floor. As we were seated we noticed new parties being seated and would have to ask for tables to be wiped. Our server Nicole had zero ambition or drive to make our visit pleasant, another server took care of us mostly in her absence. The four cheese Mac and cheese was more like a one cheese hardly any sauce very dry with primary flavor of noodle. On the other hand the bourbon chicken and shrimp was enjoyable. Seriously get it together I felt disgusting in this uncleanly place it wasn’t no where near busy enough to slack so horribly. Keep yourself busy in between tables grab a broom, mop, rags and keep the place clean where people come to eat, let alone pay for the atmosphere and service. This Applebees is not “the Applebees”

Food was good but service was a little slow and they made a few mistakes. Had to ask for water 3 times. Also they overcharged the wine (double). Hard to understand when there were only 3 tables occupied. Cannot imagine the mistakes and the service when it is busy

Good evening, I am very disappointed of the way this establishment is run. It’s bike week here in Daytona beach fl. Saturday night 8pm we got seated fairly quickly but didn’t get attend to for over 20 min. We ordered and didn’t get the salads for over an hour. Our salads came out and with no utensils the lady went back and brought us some which were very oily and dirty. I went back to the lady showed her how oily my hand was from the dirty silver ware she brought and my wife and family had enough. We walked out. I never have been to a restaurant with such bad service. I own plenty of businesses this Applebees needs new management. God bless

My two kids and myself arrived at 3:45 on a Sunday. We stood at the entrance for 10 minutes looking around for someone to seat us. When she finally came over she was very nice but did seat us a dirty , sticky booth where we waited 15 minutes before being greeted by our server who apologized to or our wait. We ordered our drinks and food.....waited another 10 minutes before we got our drinks and then I waited another 15 before my margarita was brought to me........finished the margarita....still no food yet other people who ordered at least 30 minutes after was getting theirs. We ordered 2 fried chicken sandwiches and a kids meal!!! I'm a server myself. I understand when it's super busy and areas of the restaurant fall behind!! I'm sympathetic but there were 3 tables other than myself and the place was dead. I'm super irritated over this! We finally walked out at 5:45 and still starving.
