Applebee's Grill + Bar

if there was a way to rate my experience at this applebees it would 10 stars. Gina was our lovely server and my friend and i loved her, but let me tell you, Joe is also wonderful and told us about a beautiful dessert we had. It was scrumptious. Gina and Joe best servers ever. We will be back for sure

This was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Vic (Victor) was probably the best server I've ever had, and I was a server for most of my working life, so I am pretty picky about servers. He anticipated our needs ahead of time, was incredibly friendly, remembered everything we asked for, and just totally went above and beyond. We were on vacation from California and my son is autistic and Applebee's is his favorite restaurant so naturally we choose Applebee's for dinner. Thank you for Vic, for making our night special, we truly appreciate it!

I placed an order at 12:38 PM for a cheeseburger and french fries and with that came a drink. I ordered a Pepsi. I am thoroughly disgusted with the order out by the time I got my burger. It was mush. The bread was wet. You couldn’t even lift it up out of the box. The french fries were cold And the root beer that I did not order had no ice in it because it sat too long, so I’m very upset. I come to Applebee’s a lot. The service is great as long as you’re inside but when you go to pick up something, it’s disgusting and I hate to give this bad review because I do go to Applebee’s a lot

Why I write a one and everything else outstanding is the service was great. The food was great and the atmosphere was great but checking in gave the girl my name and she said it will be about 30 minutes and said there was more room to sit. it was just my girlfriend me and my service dog. she told me that there was people going in and getting seated. We waited about 45 minutes so I said let’s go in and see what’s the problem go and told him that I have been waiting and she said what’s your name she said I don’t have anybody by that name. I don’t think they want my dog in the restaurant. That’s the reason they had me sit outside no one there the waitress or anybody else had a problem with my dog sitting underneath the table so that’s why I give that restaurant a one star.

It’s christmas eve, I get that it can be busy but the customer service was absolutely horrible. Waiting 15-20mins for the server to say hello or even get our drink order, waiting EXTREMELY long for the food. When it comes to having to ask for refills i get it, but we even asked for napkins (we only had 2) and never received them, she in fact didn’t come to the table till forty minutes after we asked for them and that’s on top of attempting to get her attention. When she came to the table she said “I’ll go grab the check and box” then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for that and she came without the box lol. It wasn’t just us, the people around us that had the same server we’re dealing with similar issues. Again, I am super understanding, I work in food service but it wasn’t just one thing or one table, it was multiple and overall a terrible experience 😕
