This is a beautiful restaurant in a little pocket of beautiful shops and restaurants in Seacrest. Our server Ashley was fantastic. The food was good, but not $29 for tuna tartare and $60 for Mongolian beef good.

Just had an unexpectedly amazing time at Aja. Ev sat at the bar while waiting for a table and decided to stay at the bar because of Devon and Lily. They were both great, in personality as well as drink making. Lily is a sommelier and offered some great recommendations. Actually she recommended the Duroc Pork Chop as her favorite. I’m not one to order pork for dinner. Sort of like ordering chicken. When there steak and fish, why would you order pork or chicken, lol. However, that chop was AMAZING! I have a whole new appreciation for what a good pork chop can be. Thank you Lily and Aja for a great meal.

At this restaurant, I had the best service I’ve ever experienced in the entire Panhandle and Panama City Beach area. On Monday night, we went to Aja at 8:45 PM to celebrate my birthday. Our waitress, if I’m not mistaken, was named Lily. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and made my day even more special than it already was. Thank you so much, Lily, and to everyone else who made my birthday even more wonderful!

Chloe was an outstanding server! She constantly checked on us & even provided suggestions. Overall, this place was great. Although they are able to make anything, I felt that there weren’t enough vegetarian options. There were like 3 that I could count on the menu, but no big deal as there probably aren’t many vegetarians visiting here. The vida tropical margarita I got was SO delish. My husband ordered the tuna tartare which he devoured & loved. He also ordered salmon for dinner which he also loved. Def recommend & hope to be back some day!

Try this hidden gem! Aja30a is a game-changer for sushi lovers in our area. High-quality, authentic sushi outside a major city, this place delivers! The menu offers a range of creative and traditional options, atmosphere is modern and sleek, making it perfect for dates, gatherings, or just a quick bite. Aja30a has raised the bar and I can't wait to go back for more! 5/5 stars, hands down!
