Afghan Palace

The food here was soo tasty! Highly recommend, and unlike other afghani restaurants the food was both more authentic and fresh. The staff were also amazing, I came here w/ a large group for iftar and was given extra rice / fries. I highly recommend their mixed grill and the Mantu, but my favorite was their beef tikka which was especially outstanding. I like to thank the staff for their hospitality, and looking forward to coming back soon.

The dinner options here are amazing. Must try chicken tandoori dinner if you like spicy and waziri dinner if you prefer mild spice. The bread was fresh and tasty. Our server was polite and professional and suggested good dinner options. The place was neat and clean. Ambiance was pretty chill with soothing music.

My inaugural visit to this restaurant in Mississauga. The interior decor is quite appealing. The service is impeccable. The food is delicious, and the seating arrangements are comfortable. The Kabob is exceptionally tasty. The prices are quite reasonable. My friend and I, we opted for the mixed menu, and everything was delicious. I intend to return to this establishment. The proprietor was exceptionally kind. I must express my gratitude for the hospitality shown by the staff.

Afghan Palace has great customer service, we were pleasantly greeted by Mr. Tawhid and he made sure we had a great experience dining in. The food was amazing, we got the lamb shank dinner and the tandoori chicken dinner. The restaurant is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely would come again!

It’s my 7th restaurant at Ridgeway Plaza. So far, they have all been pretty good and this place didn’t disappoint. We were three so ordered the Palace Kabob Lovers Dinner for 3 ($65.99). Our eyes got big when it arrived on a large wooden board with sides of rice, salad and hot, tender, golden brown naan which I devoured much too fast. I got a bottle of pomegranate Barbican ($4.99) to wash it all down. It’s the first time I tried a Middle Eastern malt beverage and it was quite refreshing. My favourite was the Chicken Kofta. It was soft, moist and delicious. Everything was so well spiced from the Beef Kofta to the Tandoori Chicken. The cilantro based hot sauce had just the right amount of heat for those who can’t handle too much spiciness. We struggled to finish the board but everything was so good we had to finish every last bit including the fries. It’s a small, simple place run by a very nice family. The owner was really friendly and chatted with us. He wanted our feedback on his food. I’m always happy to support a small local business.
