It was our first time ordering, so I wasn't sure if I could eat some of the items since I'm gluten free. When we placed our order, we asked if they can fry the plantains in separate oil so I can enjoy them, and they totally did! This may not seem like a big deal, but I was so happy and excited that I could eat something that's fried and not get sick from it. The food overall tasted amazing, we will definitely be ordering from them again in the future, now knowing that they cater to those who are gluten free. Thanks!

I heard good things about this restaurant, so I decided to try it. I got the empanadas with beef, yellow rice, beans, Cuban sandwich with yuca fries and Carne Frita - Fried pork. It wasn’t bad it was OK. I had better empanadas from another restaurant in Bethlehem. All in all it was not bad. One thing that they do is thoroughly check your order before giving it to you to ensure that everything is correct. I did appreciate that. Enjoy 😉

This was excellent food, the prices and amount of food you get is way worth it, I ordered a Cubano and was too full to even touch my other half but it was too delicious not too

We came to this restaurant for my father’s birthday, he turned 80 years old, and we could not have picked a better place to celebrate. My dad was in the mood for some mofongo, so my sister and I ordered the same. The ladies behind the counter were so nice, and the mofongo is always made fresh to order. One of the tastiest and quickest eat-on-the-run things they have is the alcapurria de yuca. I get at least 2 every time I go! So good, freshly fried and full of flavor! We had the most amazing experience and the meals were good, this place never disappoints! My dad didn’t even know this place exists, but now he does. He talked about it for days.

first time visiting, unsure of where we re supposed to order from because of the layout. Nobody really helped us besides the girl with glasses she asked if we needed help. We ordered mofongo and one of the beefsteak plates with some empanadas while we waited for the mofongo to get cooked since its a 20-25 minutes wait time for that specific plate. I didnt really keep track of how long it took for the mofongo to come out but the mofong came out and we never received the beefsteak nor the empanadas we were supposed to eat an as appetizer. I give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to wait and time keeps passing I was never called for the other items. I had to get up and ask where was my food 🤷🏽‍♀️. Overall the food was okay but the service is questionable specially the skinny girl with the glasses idk her name, i didnt interact much with the rest of the staff. It is a gem because you dont always find puertorrican restaurants around so keep in mind it’s small and cozy and really busy at times.
