A Tasty Hot Pot

we decided to check this place out when happy lamb had a 2+ hour wait, and we’re glad we did! the staff was really friendly and didn’t mind answering any questions we had or providing explanations. they are much more attentive here than happy lamb— asking us if we need anything and how everything was as well as staying on top of refilling waters and asking us if we’d like to order more. all buffet items seemed fresh and good quality too. will definitely be back!

I was very hesitant trying this restaurant out. Took my Family out for late Mother’s Day celebration dinner on a Sunday, with a party of 6. We did the “All You Can Eat” and I have to say it was the BEST EXPERIENCE!! Not was just service just great, the food was amazingly delicious. I love how they had the choice of all the types of broth you can have at once. We did the private room which they automatically include gratuity. I highly recommended this place for “Hot Pot”!

We walked in as a table of 7 and had an excellent dinner. Everyone of us got own pot and picked favorite soup base, we were happy to see beef tongue was in the premium section and the beef were very nicely cut. Buffet bar selection was adequate. The best of all was the service, our male server was very polite and attentive, explained clearly and patiently to us about the different soup bases and his recommendation. Always very polite and checked on us if we needed anything else. At the end he reminded us that automatic gratitude was included and we didn’t have to tip extra, I gotta say these days not all restaurants have servers that are as honest and take the time to remind customers necessarily, which I really appreciated. We all agreed it was a great dinner, everybody enjoyed it.

Food is perfect, fresh and tasty. Decoration are on point. However, the atmosphere is not very comfortable because the lighting are too bright.

The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and a delight to talk with, and check in with us often. The side bar was great, and the cucumber and radish sides didn't disappoint. The portions aren't skimpy, and are of high quality for this price point!
