Customers consistently praise the flavorful and high-quality food at A&J Restaurant. Standout dishes include the affordable braised pork bowl, the amazing specialty noodles, and the delicious pork ears. The crispy and refreshing cucumber side dish, with its perfect balance of crispiness, spiciness, and sweetness, is also a must-try, with many ordering extra portions.

The beef noodles are another popular choice, featuring incredibly soft, melt-in-your-mouth beef, chewy noodles, and a flavorful, slightly spicy soup. The crispy pork is also highly recommended. One of my favorite taiwanese restaurant up to date. The braised pork bowl cost about $6 and their side dishes are amazingggg! The pork ears, the specialty noodles… chef kiss! The cucumber side dish is crispy, spicy, a bit sweet and cold.. PERFECT! We got two because it was so good. The beef noodles that we got was so good. The beef was so soft and melt in your mouth. Noodles are chewy and soup are a bit spicy! The crispy pork was also delicious. Everything was so good I don’t even know how to describe it anymore. Staff are friendly but a bit harder to ask for things as you have to repeat it a few times. Restaurant is small enough that it’s giving family restaurant vibes. Not a lot of tables available so just a heads up that it might be busy during lunch time or dinner time!

I have been coming here on a monthly basis for over 5 years now; have tried tons of new and upcoming Chinese restaurant and nothing compares to them. It’s a sublime experience with friend but direct servers, high quality ingredients and modest price. At this point I would have tired probably everything in the menu and they are all quality authentic food. This restaurant take pride in their heritage, please be respectful when visit. My favorites Dan Dan noodles Spicy beef Noodle soup Friend chicken with rice Peeking beef wrap Steamed Pork Hock

Met up with some friends for dinner here as it's been on my list for a while. Interestingly, they gave me the menu and said to mark off what we wanted. Everything was pretty easy to figure out aside from the "what kind of noodles?" They asked thick or thin, but when I tried to get an understanding of what the sizes were there was a bit of miscommunication. What's nice is the menu is pretty reasonably priced and there's a lot of variation. The uniquely shaped, pan-fried pork dumplings were really good. I had thin noodles with shredded pork and pickled vegetable soup, which was really nice. The noodles have a great chew to them. I also highly recommend the Dan Dan noodles and the Chinese fried chicken. Honestly everything we got was delicious. The scallion pancake is really simple but I loved how chewy it was on the inside. I think we ended up with about 9 times and with tax+tip, I think we were at $100 for four people and a lot of leftovers to take home. Planning to head back soon.

The Noodles were excellent, I could tell they were very freshly made. I wish there was a bit more sauce, as once I mixed everything together, it was a bit bland. The thickness of the dumplings were a bit on the heavier side, but the meat inside was very juicy and delicious. I really loved the Pork Pan Fried dumplings, the textures and flavors were amazing. I will be going back to try more dishes

The beef noodle soup, braised pork over rice, and Peking beef wrap are my favorites here. Most of the dishes are small plates. The price was reasonable. A great place for either brunch or dinner. The seating area was not huge, but we did not have problems finding a seat most of the time.
