About A+ Hong Kong Kitchen

Craving authentic Hong Kong flavors? Look no further than A+ Hong Kong Kitchen, a Chinese restaurant nestled in the heart of Seattle's Chinatown. Based on recent customer experiences, this establishment appears to be a popular choice, often bustling with diners, which is always a promising sign.

Customers rave about the quality and affordability of the food. One highly recommended dish is the minced pork and salted fish clay pot rice. Be prepared for a short 10-20 minute wait as it's prepared fresh, but the anticipation is well worth it for the perfectly crispy rice bottom and the distinct, delicious flavor of the salted fish. Another unique and surprisingly delightful option is the spareribs over rice roll served in a stone pot, a first-time experience for some that left a positive impression.

If you're in Seattle and have a yearning for genuine Hong Kong cuisine, A+ Hong Kong Kitchen seems to be a must-try destination in Chinatown. You can reach them at (206) 682-1267 or their mobile number +1 206-682-1267. They are conveniently located at 419 6th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, USA.

I rarely give out 5-star ratings, but this one almost deserves it. During our recent trip to Seattle, we made a stop in Chinatown. With so many restaurants to choose from, we stumbled upon one that was unusually crowded. This signaled to us that this place must be worth trying. Sure it was. We ate there a couple of times during this trip and tried some different dishes. They were all fantastic and affordable.

I tried the minced pork and salted fish clay pot rice - absolutely delicious. The salted fish flavor really stands out. The rice takes about 10-20 minutes to prepare, but it’s worth the wait for that perfect crispy bottom. 😋 Also tired their spareribs over rice roll in a stone pot. It is my first time trying this unique dish. It is surprisingly good. If you’re craving HK flavors, it is a must-try in the Seattle Chinatown

This review is specifically for the mango sago drink - I’ve actually never eaten here but I come back every few months when I’m craving the drink and get it to-go. So good! Just hits the spot. Not too sweet and well balanced.

The food was okay overall. We ordered the Beef Chow Fun (if that’s the correct spelling), which was the recommended dish. It was decent, but nothing outstanding. We also tried another noodle dish, and it was just okay as well

A hole in the wall kind of place with big flavors, fast service, super delicious food and a must visit when in Seattle. Hong Kong style Chinese food is a bit different from the norm. Bold and deeply seasoned, softer meats, define the basic foundation of each entree. Usually topping either noodles or clay pot cooked rice, all the drippings are absorbed in the starch. No loss of goodness. Eat it all up. I highly recommend this place.
