Picked up order from them today, the supreme chicken fish maw noodle. There are only 3 pieces of chicken breast as shown in the picture. If you want to try how it tastes. Don’t go to this one, it’s not even worth it! Other yuan noodles restaurant are much better and more ingredients.

I was around Chinatown by myself so I was looking for a sit down restaurant that was suitable for just one person that wasn’t fast food. I was intrigued by their supreme chicken soup （花胶鸡米粉）and walked in. For those who don’t know, 花胶, which is in their house special noodles, is fish maw. It’s essentially like fish gelatin, and is very delicious. I haven’t had it for years so it was nostalgic for me. It’s highly nutritious and I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried it. This restaurant offers a cash discount so bring cash if you can.

Been there twice food is amazing must try. I will try to knock most of the menu down until I get bored of the food.

New restaurant from a Chinese chain and we were excited to try it out for the first time! Not a big place, but if you go early, then tables can be combined to larger parties. Their top seller Supreme Chicken Noodles Soup was delicious, the broth is very flavorful! I love a good tomato soup so I had that with silken tofu and added pork katsu. Appetizers tried were the fried buns with condensed milk, soup dumplings (not pictured), and hand shredded sesame chicken. Everything was delicious and I would come back again and try more dishes!

Very filling meal! The soup was very delicious with a lot of flavors. I tried the signature fish maw soup without chicken and it was splendid. We also mushroom soup - which was fairly mild but nothing was missing. Highly recommend mini soup dumplings!! It was really good. About 15 2-people tables, so there might be a wait time.
