Horrible food and bad customer service. They charge you for take out containers on the app, but send your meal in plastic ziplock baggies!!! They dont include the pho toppings when you order pho. When you call they just say they have been busy all day and the manager is gone. They dont include a bowl to eat out of and no utensils when ordered on door dash. Do not recommend. When you call and ask if the standard pho toppings are included with the pho broth order on door dash and you are told yes then that is not my fault as the owner responded on my google review. Your employee said you have an option under add ons for noodles and you did NOT, that is the reason I put it in the notes. I even offered to pay extra, but you never mentioned that. Don’t respond that I ordered it wrong when your employee said the broth comes with it. And what about the second employee that I spoke too, “we have been busy all day” was her reasoning. As a restaurant would you not want to be busy? Why is that always the answer given? Is it my fault you are busy? I paid just like the other customers yet I get the response that I ordered it wrong when I called to ask beforehand. Poor way to handle this @9milepho!!

HANDS down amazing all the way around to the food and service! We most definitely will be back. They were so welcoming and very attentive. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS 🤤

I ordered grilled chicken sandwhich, drunken noodles, mango slush, and sesame chicken. The sandwich was so good, flavorful, and the chicken was tender. The drunken noodles were saucy and had lots of vegetables. The mango slush was delicious, creamy, and refreshing. The sesame chicken was okay. Needed more flavor or saucy. It was crispy and tender. The atmosphere was okay, but the music with the n word playing wasn't cool. It's a great place to eat alone or with a group. I'll be back. Until next time.

We have been regulars at this establishment for over a year. Today we went in and really saw the service and atmosphere decline rapidly. We walked in and the staff were sitting on their phone. Didn’t say hello or anything. Seems like a young teenage staff. They came to take our order and we gave it to them ordering a slushie. We asked for honeydew kiwi, and they said rudely we don’t mix drinks. I said we always get it mixed. They assured me they didn’t do it anymore however the tv display screen on the restaurant states we mix flavors. Not sure if it was just them being lazy or they did a poor job or updating their advertisement in their own store . Will not be back!

Very tasty Vietnamese restaurant. Everyone at our table was impressed, especially with the wait staff. Food was DELICIOUS. Would go back again and again. Extensive menu options. Definitely recommended.
