After having barista experience for almost 2 years, I don't usually fuss over a bad drink. This thing was almost 6 dollars, and I knew something was off about it. I reluctantly went back and asked if they made the drink right. The guy working assured me the drink was made right, but I told him I had gotten this drink since I came here. He was very short with me and rudely gave in to making me the correct drink. My drink and the messed up one were completely different colors but he had nothing to say about that. I may be a fellow college student, but I did not need that kind of disrespect. 3 stars because I usually have a good experience here.

Pleasant staff; good quality drinks (I don't drink coffee though); always very clean. They're basically a more "liberal" and younger feeling version of Starbucks with about the same pricing as far as I can tell.

Service is good. But the owner doesn't seem to put effort into the place. Their computers are constantly down, or their credit card machine doesn't work. They don't accept coupons unless you print them, and he put up a sign for people to stop bringing in food from any of the restaurants in the Bernhard Center.

it was my first time at this biggby today, I waited in line for fifteen minutes, which was cool and understandable because they were busy, but when I got to my turn, I was picking up an order that said it was done a while ago, and I asked if that was normal for it to say that and for it to not be ready (being that it was my first day delivering) and the guy behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful and said it’ll be made when it’s made, can’t you see I’m busy. I just walked out. I felt very upset.
