About 663 Bistro

663 Bistro, located at 663 S Weller St, Seattle, WA 98104, is a barbecue restaurant offering takeout service. They can be contacted at (206) 667-8760 or their mobile number +1 206-667-8760. Please note that dine-in is not available.

One customer had a positive experience with 663 Bistro's roast duck, BBQ pork cheek, and roast pork, describing them as perfect and maintaining their quality even after three days. This customer, who previously traveled to Richmond, British Columbia for this type of takeout, expressed satisfaction with finding a local alternative. They also enjoyed the stir-fry beef chow-fun rice noodle, noting the large pieces of soft beef and plentiful bean sprouts. The owner provided excellent service by bringing the order out to the customer's car due to rain. This review suggests that their roast meats and beef chow-fun are notable dishes.

However, another customer had a significantly negative experience. They reported finding a bone in their shredded duck chow mein, with half the noodles being dried out and hard. The noodles were described as being slopped on top of the duck and vegetables, which were mainly at the bottom and not well incorporated. The sweet and sour prawns were described as terribly fishy-tasting with a strange breading and insufficient sauce. This reviewer also noted the absence of vegetarian or chicken egg rolls and stated they would not order from 663 Bistro again. This review indicates potential issues with the quality of certain dishes like the shredded duck chow mein and sweet and sour prawns.

Based on the mixed reviews, 663 Bistro appears to specialize in barbecue takeout, particularly their roast duck, BBQ pork cheek, and roast pork, which have been praised for their quality. The beef chow-fun also received a positive mention. However, there are concerns regarding the quality of other dishes, such as the shredded duck chow mein and sweet and sour prawns. The service was noted to be helpful in at least one instance. There is no information available regarding the restaurant's environment beyond it being a takeout establishment, and no promotional information was mentioned.

The Roast Duck, BBQ Pork Cheek, and Roast Pork was perfect. Not salty or dry, even by the 3rd day. Used to drive to Richmond, British Columbia for this type of takeout, but no more🫶🏻. Also tried their stir fry Beef chow-fun rice noodle, unusually large pieces, beef was soft, lots of bean sprouts, pretty good. owner even brought it out to my car since it was raining, so 😊. No dine-in though.

The shredded duck chow mein had a bone in it. Half the noodles were dried out and hard. They were just slopped on top of duck and veggies that were just sitting at the bottom, not incorporated into the noodles. The sweet & sour prawns were terribly fishy-tasting, the breading was weird, and barely enough sauce came with them to cover them. No vegetarian or chicken egg rolls. Never again.

In A Nutshell: -663 Bistro is a lovely Chinese BBQ joint. -This non-descript store offers up some hot & oily Peking duck (whole for $32 or 1/2 for $16.50). -They also sell pork. -The Peking duck can be chopped up into pieces w/ or w/out the head & packed to-go. -They accept cash or credit card. -Due to the popularity of this place by OG Cantonese speaking locals, you might have to wait a little bit while your ducks are cooked & cooled down. Overall, the Peking duck was very delicious, definitely worth the price & the wait.

Just simple white rice and leg chicken. Extremely delicious would eat here over and over and will continue to even the owner was extra nice I was short a few dollars and he covered it for me and said he'd put it on the next time I got some more food. Hands-down favorite Asian descent food! -Thee 206 Nomad Sinai ⛎

Very affordable and reasonable price for Cantonese food in Chinatown, very laid, typically not busy and no wait at all. Sliced bbq pork neck is the best in town.
