3 Ninja Express

Usually a dependable spot, today they weren't. Online ordering was broken (except for Door dash, where they charge a surcharge on each item). Arrived in person to place an order, was told minimum 30 minutes wait for basic menu items (hibachi dishes). Apparently the kitchen never got around to cooking any steak or chicken. Only thing they had available was... rice. Wasted trip out of my way to be disappointed.

This Ninja Express sushi place is the best in Middletown. Friendly, professional service and cozy,cool atmosphere that we loved very much. The guys there are very cool. The most important, food was delicious, specially the sushi rolls. Menu offered rich choice with combinations of flavors that we picked from and we were absolutely blown away by the fusion of the taste of the rolls. We will definitely order here on regular. Will recommend this place any time of the day.

Food was good. Only issue California rolls were very warm. Tried two bubble teas pineapple and brown sugar, did not like either, but to each its own. Shrimp and steak hibachi delicious, rice also. Tempura roll was good, crunchy crab roll not soo much, vegetable roll was very good. Mom enjoyed tuna roll. Customer service good, prices great!

Disappointing experience at 3 Ninja Express. The staff lacked hospitality; the person who took my order was rude, answering the phone while I was speaking. The overall ambiance was off-putting—no inviting aroma of food. Parking was a hassle. I would like to walk into a place and smell something. He didn’t let me see what drinks they had I had to look at a list. The foo did come out quick so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s all frozen! #CustomerExperience

My daughter always wanted me to try sushi and I just couldn't find myself trying it but my trip in Mexico I tried it at a resort and I have to say the sushi was amazing. Every since then I fell in love so I decided to try out where my daughter gets hers from and I have to say this worker's really helped me to pick out something that I will like and I have to say it was really good. I had Avocado rolls and Shrimp rolls it was really good and they make them fresh. I defently like that. I will recommend this place
