Customer experiences at 3 Chefs appear to be varied. One recent review detailed a mixed experience with their Vietnamese dish, pho with steak and shrimp. While the initial taste of the broth and meat was acceptable, the reviewer noted an odd aftertaste developing as they ate, along with gummy noodles, leading to them not finishing the dish. They also tried the pu pu platter, which they found decent overall, though they also detected a strange aftertaste with the chicken wings.
Despite the food experience, the reviewer specifically highlighted the exceptional service provided by their waitress, Roxanne, who was described as incredibly helpful and attentive. This positive aspect of the service stood out in their visit.
In contrast, another customer described 3 Chefs as a "simple place with great food," mentioning that they consistently order from there for pickup whenever they are in Miami.
Given these differing opinions, it seems that 3 Chefs offers a range of dishes with potentially varying results. If you are in the area and looking for either Chinese or Vietnamese food, 3 Chefs is an option to consider, keeping in mind the recent feedback regarding some of their dishes and the consistently praised service.

Customer Reviews
My friend and I were in the neighborhood when he started craving pho. Although I was hesitant to try this restaurant due to the reviews, it was the most convenient option at the time. We both ordered the pho with steak and shrimp. Initially, I thought the broth and meat were decent. However, as the ingredients settled, the broth developed an odd aftertaste, and the noodles became gummy, which I didn’t enjoy. I barely made it halfway through the dish before giving up. Still hungry, I decided to play it safe and order a pu pu platter featuring ribs, wings, crab rangoon, egg rolls, and dumplings. Overall, the platter was decent, though I noticed a strange aftertaste with the chicken wings as well. The true highlight of the experience was our waitress, Roxanne, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the meal. That said, I really hope Miami sees an increase in its Vietnamese and Asian fusion options because, unfortunately, this restaurant was not a good representation.
Simple place and great food … always order here for pick up whenever I m back in Miamj !!!
I came to this place with my boyfriend. We came for takeout but ended up dining in. I was not a fan of the food at all. But I would say the customer service was great! Atmosphere was awesome!! However, I ordered the general Tso’s chicken with ham fried rice, and it came with an egg roll. Didn’t eat didn’t eat anything besides the rice. The restaurant did not allow me to change the chicken which I wasn’t a fan of as you can see in the picture… I didn’t touch the chicken whatsoever. I also offered to pay for the rice, and egg roll(which was included) the server declined. He informed me since the chicken was brought to my table I still had to pay for it. My boyfriend did without hesitation. Would I come back? Probably not, but thanks for the tea.
simple place but good taste pho that i can only find and other menu choices overall good taste and service / not first visit 2.9.25
I love this place. They have very good value-for-money lunch specials and dinner specials. I have been there many times and the food is always delicious and the staff super friendly. I would recommend it!
