MŌLÌ has become one of my favorite new restaurants in Greenwich. From its convenient location, elegant decor and amazing dishes - this place has it all. As you enter, you’re brought to a small foyer right before you see the bar and main dining room. Broken up by two floors, dark wood and exposed brick is found throughout with tall chandeliers reflecting all types of light. As you walk to your table you’ll see whole duck coming out of the kitchen, savory drink options and tons of small plates. The restaurant discloses the offerings are family style which can work for a small group. If you’re looking for bigger portions, I recommend ordering entrees to make sure you’re fully satisfied. The menu is broken up into two main sections. Dim sum or hot appetizers and cold appetizers. Below that you’ll find entrees, noodles and sides. Drinks are separate. Pictured are the French Maid, Oolong Too Long, Wagyu Satay, Soy Garlic Ribs, Miatake Mushrooms, Charred Seaweed Scallops, Truffle Dumplings, Lobster Dumplings, Second order of Miatake Mushrooms (they were that good, ask for the peanut sauce), Filet Mignon, Lobster, Beef Chow Fun, Rainbow Dumplings, Espresso Martini, Donuts & Gelato. All things considered, the stars of the show were the dim sum options and the entrees. While splitting across our party, everyone had enough food and it was all delicious. For dessert, we all loved the Jasmine infused gelato. A perfect touch to end the meal when paired with the donuts that were light and crispy. The service was also great as our server was attentive and always checked on us throughout the meal. Sitting upstairs gave a birds eye view of the main floor which was a nice touch. Come celebrate the holidays here or a special event. You won’t be disappointed!

Really nice restaurant with excellent service and good food. Came here for dinner on a Sat evening and was surprised by the ambiance - it was very nice with an almost theater-esque appearance. The service was also excellent and the staff was very attentive. We ordered a medley of dishes including the kung pao chicken (recommend!) and the lobster ginger scallion which was also very delicious. Overall, will be back since I live so close but highly recommend if you're in the area!

MŌLÌ is undeniably an exceptional dining destination, and if one can momentarily set aside the cost, it's absolutely worth a visit. The service, atmosphere, and venue are all top-notch, offering a truly cosmopolitan Chinese experience. The ambiance is sophisticated, and the staff is exceptionally attentive, making us feel as though we were in for something truly special. The food, while certainly superior to what you'd find at a typical Chinese restaurant, fell just short of the outstanding level we anticipated given the high price point. The dishes were well-prepared and unique, but we were hoping for a bit more creativity and variety. For instance, the crispy eggplant was delightful, and the Peking Duck Fried Rice was well executed, but neither dish left us in awe. The Wagyu Satay was, unfortunately, our least favorite, with the thinly sliced meat not allowing the Wagyu to fully shine through, and the peanut sauce lacking the depth and flavor we expected. While the dish wasn’t bad by any means, it simply didn’t stand out as we had hoped. The Taiwanese Lo Mein, which served as the main vegetarian course, was solid but it too didn’t quite meet the expectations set by the restaurant’s pricing. Overall, MŌLÌ is a fantastic choice if you're seeking a high-end dining experience. However, given the premium price, we were anticipating a bit more in terms of culinary innovation.
