HIBACHI BENTO CLEVELAND AVE

Absolutely Disgusting... I was already skeptical about the location, I had a crazy craving for Hibachi, my main spot Fujiyama stop taking seating at 8:30pm... wish I knew that before I drove there. Anyways, my Wife seen Hibachi Bento was open until 1030pm. 1st time for everything an absolute Last.... Water logged steamed vegetables like damn yall didn't even try to cook them on an open fire... rice has a nasty flavor not cooked Hibachi style at all... yum yum sauce water logged as well pail with no flavor. Never Going Back 🤮

It's nothing special. The meat and vegetables were just OK, and both the noodles and rice somehow had almost zero flavor, so I had to dump all the sauce I had on them to make up for it. At least the quantity is a lot.

I’ll be honest..I was a skeptic of all the 5 star reviews BUT it took an hour for me to get my food and all of it was still hot number one. Number two the food isn’t drenched in soy or teriyaki sauce. It comes fresh with all of its natural flavors and juices. Last but not least my steak was beautifully cooked. Melted like butter. If you want fast food style hibachi this isn’t for you.

6/2/23: Those guys in the kitchen are killing it! Even answering the phone in-between pan flips! I will have to return for the seafood boil! Fyi if ordering on Toast, specify the sauce you want if your meal is supposed to come with it. Other than that, this place is solid! Good value for the $$$ too! Also, how they package everything in the to-go orders is impressive, so tight and orderly. Someone there is awesome at tetris! Months ago: Nice spot for the area! Hope they stay! I will be back with friends!

I ordered a shrimp hibachi combo, coming with fried rice and noodle, vegetable and soup. Everything had too much salt except the noodles. Noodles were delicious, better than rice. Anyway, the soup neutralized the oil and salt in the entree.
