Worst place ever I got a delivery from; I called and ordered a large ***Lobster lo mei**** and instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding they decided to argued we the consumer who ordered the food about what they misunderstood for *****House Special lo mie***** which are too Completely different things highly disappointed a customer has and deal with an argument about what they called and ordered

Spent $60 on dinner tonight , WORTH EVERY PENNY . Very large portions and fast delivery. Best Chinese food on this side of Watertown for sure . The only complaint I would have is that the egg rolls could have been a bit crispier .

Worth the money… Iove the hot and sour soup Occasionally the food is hit or miss.. I stick with beef and broccoli or sweet n sour chicken

Chinese China 2000 in Watertown, NY, left a lot to be desired. The ambiance was lacking, with outdated decor and uncomfortable seating arrangements. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, making for a disappointing dining experience. The food was a major letdown. Not only was it unappetizing in appearance, but it lacked flavor and freshness. It tasted as if it had been sitting out for far too long, leaving us questioning its quality and safety. The menu boasted a variety of dishes, but none lived up to expectations. To add insult to injury, the prices were unjustifiably high for the subpar quality offered. It felt like a complete rip-off considering the dismal quality of both the food and service. Overall, Chinese China 2000 failed to meet even the most basic standards of a decent dining establishment. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here when there are plenty of better options available in Watertown.

I ordered white rice as I always have with my kids meals because they don't eat pork and they brought pork fried rice I called to complain of the order I was genuinely nice and kind about and and they argued with me about it instead of apologies and fixing the order they became angry and rude and I had to hang up the phone I was so upset.
