It was my first visit and l ordered Crispy Beef and Veggie Potstickers. Cripsy Beef is the signature menu of EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant, and as the name suggests, it has a crispy texture and good taste. However, it is a little salty, so it is better to eat it with rice. EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant does not sell beer, but if they did, it would be a good beer snack. Veggie Potstickers are cooked in the Japanese Gyoza style, and it tasted very bland and healthy. I like bland food, so it was great for me, but people who do not like bland food may not like it. At EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant, you order at the kiosk at the entrance, take the number marked plastic stick bar to the table, and wait, and the robot will bring the food to your table. The interior of the restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is good, so i plan to visit again.

Cafe style setting with fresh Chinese food options. The menu is not extensive, has enough variety for the family. Cute robot cart brings plates to you. The food is not salty, yet flavorful. Enjoyed the cucumber salad, shrimp egg rolls, tofu and veg stir fry, hot and sour soup, and chicken and broccoli. The chicken was generous, but could have used more tofu. Service is great, very friendly. Open on Christmas Day, appreciate you guys!

I love pick up Stix especially the wontons lol.

Laura was so super nice and helpful! I came in for my lunch, the service was fast, she and the cook both welcomed me when I walked in the door, and she was so sweet talking to me while we waited for my food to be done. 10/10 this place rocks!

Really delicious Sichuan food that is presented nicely and not overly spicy. Very popular spot on weekends. I went right when it opened on Saturday at 5pm and it quickly became packed with people. The food is great and pretty big portions with lots of options. Tasted authentic too, overall a great spot for Sichuan Chinese food.

It doesn’t get more authentic than this place. Sichuan Impression absolutely delivered on every entree I tried. Highly recommend the Mapo Tofu and Kung Pao Chicken.

The cauliflower is super delicious. The Fish flavored shredded pork is so so, too sweet. Revisited multiple times. The elbow really stranded out, highly recommend!

Solid spot for Beijing style Chinese food! Everything was delicious and staff were nice. Also appreciated that the menu have pictures for every dish.

They bring out wontons to snack on before you are served. The service was impressive. My water and tea were always filled. I was never wondering where my waiter was. I was approached by what I guess was the manager and another wait staff in addition to that. I was impressed with how attentive they were. I didn't see tofu on the menu but they do provide it so I was happy to order it. Also they have the chili paste on the side in the little glass cups. Bathrooms were quite clean.

I used to come here all the time and always enjoyed the food. I moved away so I have to do delivery and this was my order of egg foo young. I swear I almost fainted.

Seven Grams 0

I was just looking for a good restaurant in the area and stumbled (via Maps) into Seven Grams. The parking is ok, in that it is in a busy shopping center. The servers were great. We split a few items. The chicken dumplings and fried rice tasted good. The value of quality, quantity, experience, and price felt pretty high. I would definitely recommend eating here for a good value and quick meal. The portions were very filling.

Xiao Long Bao- Juicy but meat is a bit too solid and the dough wrapped is a bit thick Golden Beef Noodle Soup- Noodle doesn't really blend in with the soup. The soup itself is smooth but not much flavor. Ham Fries Rice- Rice is wet and doesn't have the "wok flavor". Beef Green Onion Wrapped: The wrapped itself is crispy and taste good but the beef is cold and does not fully defrost although the cucumber is fresh though. Pros: Service is quick and staff are nice. Price is reasonable. Cons: It's very much like Noodle street but don't really worth the long wait.

Hong Kong Express 0

Hong Kong Express

Hong Kong Express in Tustin, CA, offers a quick and convenient Chinese takeout experience. The restaurant follows a similar concept to Panda Express, with a selection of familiar dishes served cafeteria-style. The staff is generally friendly, adding to a welcoming atmosphere. Ample parking makes it easy for a quick stop, whether for dine-in or takeout. The portion sizes can vary, with some customers feeling they could be more generous for the price. Spring rolls are a standout, often praised for their crispy texture and flavor. Other menu items, such as the Singapore Rice Noodles and Shrimp Egg Foo Yong, receive mixed reviews. While the food is decent, some diners feel it lacks a unique edge. Service quality can be inconsistent, depending on who is serving. Overall, it’s a convenient option for a fast Chinese meal, but some may prefer other alternatives in the area.

First time here and we love it! Chow mein, fried rice, and 5 different dishes were delicious! Totally recommend the chicken curry and orange chicken. Lots of parking, clean tables and great service. We shall be back 😊

I was surprised to see the reviews not a little bit higher, but regardless, my wife took me here for my first time since she has been here before and said it was pretty good. I would definitely agree and say it was very good, and they had a large number of options. We ended up ordering the Kung Pai Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Szechuan Green Beans, and more. The Green beans are honestly the best I have had in a very long time. I am not a fan of green beans, but the marinade that is on these, I was easily able to eat the full bowl of green beans before I remembered to grab a picture. As for the beef and chicken, they each had great flavor and great seasoning as well. The fried rice with each was moist and not too hot or dry. As for the veggies, they are pretty standard and basic, but again, this is a solid option, in my opinion, as a better Panda Express option. Definitely recommend it and have been a few times now since the first visit! The service was great, and the front lady was sweet enough to provide honest feedback and let us know the go-to's!

We got a BOGO deal so we got food here for the first time. It's a chain Chinese food place. They cook to order, so food can take a while to come out, around 20-30 minutes. Overall, the food was not bad, but hit and miss. * Firecracker Shrimp 5/5 - Crispy, tasty shrimp. Tasted like honeyed shrimp but with no walnuts. * Spicy Korean BBQ Steak 1/5 - Tasted like salted or soy sauce beef that is extremely salty. Had no sweetness or KBBQ flavor. * Fried Rice 4/5 - Pretty good fried rice. Restroom had no air circulation so it was like walking into a sauna. Not sure if it's intended or they just need to fix it.

Mama Lu’s Dumpling House 0

Yikes, something was off with every dish we ordered. See photos below. The beef puff was hard and crusty. The taro cake was burnt and tasted like socks. Congee rice pieces were too big and watery, the century egg tasted 2 centuries old. The soup dumpling skins were swollen with moisture. An ad for Potato construction lol. Even the fortune cookie messages gave off the vibe that they didn't even try. The design and decor of the space was nice but everything else was a huge miss.

We came here at Friday night to had dinner. This place is located nearby a supermarket and also has meet fresh inside the store. This is kind of like Cantonese Style restaurant and their menus has a lot of different options. We tried beef wrap, spicy wontons, Juicy pork dumplings, and walnut shrimp. They also have dim sum as well. All of them are very tasty and delicious. I will highly recommend this for anyone who loves the Cantonese food.

Wow...For what they do this place is great. They do sell out almost every lunch right now. It's not their fault they just opened and are busy....They limit their lunch orders so they can manage dinner. We just walked in at 12:15 and did not wait. They ran out 8 orders after us. I got the Regular and Authentic. The difference is more Serrano peppers and ginger..I like spicy but I had to set the peppers aside to handle the Authentic. Spicy has red peppers added... The sauce is great and the chicken melts in your mouth...great comfort food.... can't miss....

The food was good. I liked the spicy version as the authentic version felt a bit greasy. Nice and clean. The atmosphere is casual and bright with plenty of tables. The portions are very large, but they have to-go boxes. The food has tons of ginger, so beware if you dislike ginger. No real choice of other food. I think you'll either love it or hate it.

This is one of the higher-end, formal Chinese restaurants in Orange County that specializes in Shaanxi cuisine. The interior design is impressive, giving the feeling of dining inside a small museum, and the ambience is definitely noteworthy. The service is attentive, although the server had a naturally loud voice that didn’t quite match the refined atmosphere. It’s not his fault—it’s just the way he speaks. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, not limited to Shaanxi cuisine. However, be aware that this isn’t your typical Panda Express with generous portions that fill your box. If you’re dining with more than three people, you’ll need to be quick with your chopsticks before others finish the food, as the portions are not very large. I recommend the salad—it’s excellent. The pickled fish in broth is also quite good. That said, the prices are steep, and you’re primarily paying a premium for the ambience. This is a great choice if you have important business associates in town or if you’re looking to impress a date. Otherwise, it’s more of a once-a-year type of place due to the high price tag.

So glad we found this place in town although we are not living in the area. Besides the roasted duck , there are a lot of good options from the menu. As a classy reservation only restaurant, all dishes are made from scratch with house recipes. Highly recommend the delicacy Sea Cucumber with Millet. Nice texture with house special stock, light seasoning, very healthy. We don’t see this very often in most Asian restaurants. The crispy beef rolls were delicious. The filling was nice and the super crunchy wrap with a lot of roasted sesame seeds was the best part. Stir fried wild Chilies and sliced beef was on the savory side with nice chili peppers kicks. Service was very good and efficient. Nice ambiance with perfect lighting and interior design. Will definitely be back.

We used to get food here regularly, but found a place closer to home. The quality is just not the same, it was TERRIBLE. Ordered the Walnut shrimp. $18.99 for ALL batter - you can't even taste the little shrimp! I've included a picture of what they advertise as lightly battered shrimp and reality of 1 piece. The Mongolian beef was oily and the meat was tasteless - the onions were the best part. The BBQ pork fried rice was crunchy and oily. It was definitely not fresh. We won't be going back.

Do not go here, false advertising. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and I would challenge you to find the chicken in the pictures shared. The online photos look like regular large pieces of chicken, what you get is nothing at all like what they say you'll get. I'm going to be reporting them to California consumer protection because as you can see from other photos from reviewers, this isn't a fluke it's deliberate. If I wanted to eat breading and nothing but, I would have asked for that. Total waste of money and 100% a scam.
