I had an unfortunate experience at Panda Express during my recent visit. I ordered a chicken egg roll, and while the cashier was handling a cash deposit to the safe, she accidentally dropped the egg roll on the floor. To my surprise, she slowly picked it up and continued troubleshooting her register, seemingly distracted, before she bagged the egg roll that had fallen. Since I had already been waiting for a while and didn’t want to cause a scene, I didn’t say anything at the time. However, I ended up throwing the egg roll in the trash. I expect better hygiene practices, and this experience left me disappointed. Hopefully, this was just a one-off incident, but it’s something that needs to be addressed.

Today I went to Panda Express and i was eating my rice and I noticed there was a hair on the rice it’s gross 🤢 and the lady that take my order was in a bad mood 😒… I like the food from there but I can’t believe it was the first time I got mad over how the service was and a hair on my food..🙁
